Online ordering is disorganized and inaccurate. The store employees could not be bothered to help the customers, the very people who keep them employed. The store manager is rude and not helpful at all. I quite literally cancelled my order due to the poor customer service I received in person & took my business to another store. 2 stars given because they do have cute merchandise.

The selection is beyond horrible, half the shelves are empty and the store is always dirty. I have never once been able to find what I need when coming here. Even the most basic craft supplies.

When ordering online it should let the customer know that the store is 4 days behind on orders. The nice associate said I could come in and grab the things and they would scan it🙄. First and last time. Today is Thursday..was hoping to pick up Saturday. Guess ill be going Saturday

Ordered online for same day pick up. Called and was told they are 2 days behind on their online orders. Was told of if I wanted my items, I needed to go into the store and find the items for them. I immediately went in. Even though they showed in stock online, they weren’t on the shelf. Asked an employee that told me to try hobby lobby. Really sad to be left stranded trying to find an item the website still lists as in stock.

Fun place to shop, nice fabric selection too. Disappointing to see that they charge for bags when you check out.

This store has everything, however it is extremely hard to find anything. I wish they had the aisles labeled better. And unless you have a bunch of coupons plan to spend a lot. A bit overpriced for art supplies.

This is my second time at this local store. The first time I came to the store was on a saturday with my mother and the lady that was at the front desk was genuinely so helpful and pleasant. There was another lady by the t-shirts that was very personable and made our day.
That was all shattered on the second visit months later. I noticed that select t shirts were on sale. ( See the picture that i'm including.) I purchased all the toddler t-shirts as they were stickered for 1 dollar. The lady at the cash register rang them up for 2.99$. I told her that they were ringing up as the wrong price. She did not believe me. I told her I would run back and take a photo of the prices. By the time I came back one of her managers (HELENA) was standing by her side and would not even look at my photo and was extremely rude and dismissive. No kindness, no eye contact, no customer service skills. The store was not busy and there was no one in line except for us. I did not appreciate being treated this way AT ALL. The lady at the Register even lied to me and told me that one of the coupons doesn't start until sunday when it clearly said 9/1 and it was 9/7!
I am not pleased. Please do not treat your customers that are different because of how they look!!!

It's conveniently located but since the shelves are half empty, the selection is dismal and the prices are high, I'm consistently disappointed. It's obvious they bought out Pat Catans to take away the competition. Avon's Michaels is well stocked in comparison. I really miss Pat Catan.

Love this store, always has a good sale, always organized and clean with employees ready to guide you and answer any questions you have. When I come to this store is always on my lunch break is always a breeze. As a crafter, I love Michaels.
