I took my painting to Michaels Westlake for framing. Sept. 25, 2022. They promised by Oct 9th, said they would call. SO, mid Oct. I stopped in and it's not ready yet. They called 10 days later and said it was done. When I went to pick it up I noticed that the borders were uneven and all different. The sales person in framing said Oh, we'll fix that for you and we'll call you. SO, Dec. 2nd I stopped in and I wanted to see the manager. I found a so called manager who rooted around the frame shop and found my painting in a stack of unfinished work. Said they would call me. It's now December 9th. I tried to find a responsible person at corporate or on line to no avail. They have my money and my painting.
