I made an appointment here because I thought they could do the nail art I really wanted. I understand that some might struggle with the designs I want that is why I always have a backup design. I don't usually complain, but I get my nails done for a handful of reasons and everytime I look at my current set of nails I'm disappointed because they are WAY too plain, basic, outdated design. The nail tech literally said the backup design was too plain, but it wasn't it is a design that is currently trending.

Ladies were very sweet and friendly, but didn't do a good job on my pedicure. Cut my nails way too short and I have a chunk of my skin missing because she was trying to cut my cuticle. After the pedicure was done, my feet were wrapped in a stinky hot towel that was left on for over 30 minutes while the lady went on her lunch break. I finally got tired of waiting, so I took the towels off myself and went to the register to check out.

Great customer service and I got in within good timing for acrylic set and a great pedicure. The staff was amazing. I had A great time honestly and was very impressed. I live in tn and was very pleased.

I normally don’t review businesses poorly but others should know this salon does not clean their instruments properly. After experiencing attitude from the only somewhat talented nail artist at this salon for asking for the color I wanted I also got a SEVERE infection and had to be on antibiotics for this. Whether it’s due to dirty instruments or just flat out being cut multiple times by Sally who was also rushing me out just like every appointment I’ve been to here. This is totally unacceptable and truly an awful experience I hope no one else goes through. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I've been going here for over 15 years. Always very happy with the service. I also take my mom here. Sofia is very knowledge about taking care of my mom's feet. Does a great job with ingrown toenails.

Manicures/pedicures have always felt like a luxury to me, so I don't get them constantly, but always get one before going on vacation. I hate needing to pack polish and remover for if my nails chip, so it's nice to have them done professionally beforehand. I have a nail salon I typically go to and love, but they raised their prices and have become pretty expensive, so I thought I'd give a new place a chance and save a few dollars. This was my first time trying this shop and I wanted to like it as the staff were nice (the only reason for 2 stars), but honestly it was just overall a very poor quality experience and not worth the time or money. The shop called me the afternoon of the appointment while I was at work and said they were going to cancel my appointment due to an emergency, asking me to reschedule for the next day. I told them I would not be in the country the next day as we were leaving for vacation in the morning, so I wasn't able to reschedule. They told me if I moved up my appointment by more than an hour they would still see me. I rushed straight from work to get there as quickly as possible. On arrival, the shop felt dirty and poorly maintained. The color choices for regular polish for my pedicure were very limited, and the bottles available were frequently nearly empty or chunky. My nail tech did a poor job of removing calluses and rough spots, legitimately using a nail buffer at one point on the skin on the sole of my foot, as if that was going to remove a callus. She cut my big toenails so short on the sides, it actually gave me an almond-like shape to my big toenails. Not only that, she painfully pulled out "ingrown toenails" (they were not ingrown, they'd just been cut straight across), making me bleed. She then proceeded to place the toenail clipping on the top of my bare foot rather than discarding them! When she finally started painting, I had to ask her to fill in multiple large gaps missing polish at the sides of my toenails. The polish application was messy, thick, and clumpy. She finally moved onto the gel French manicure, which was poorly completed. She remarked that my nail length and shape was beautiful (I'd been growing my nails out and kept them shaped prior to the manicure) and asked if I wanted it changed. I said I was fine if she wanted to just file the nail length down a little bit, but that I liked the overall length and rectangular shape. She proceeded to use nail clippers to significantly shorten and round all of my nails. When she went to apply polish, she actually took one of those mini fine tip nail art brushes out of a colored nail polish bottle and just wiped off the other paint before sticking it in the bottle of white gel polish. The "massage" portion (not that I'd even classify the service provided as such) of both the mani/pedi were each about 30 seconds. Finally, I don't mind a mani/pedi taking a while if the extra time means attention to detail or well-executed work, but the appointment took almost 2 hours and my nails were a mess. When she finally finished, I paid my bill, even tipped her, and got out of there as quickly as possible, already knowing I'd need to redo at least my toenails. I got home to find my toenails clumpy and smudged, so I removed all the polish she'd applied, trimmed my big toenails to a normal shape, removed the calluses she'd missed, and repainted them myself. 1 day later, the gel manicure has also already started to chip. I didn't have the heart to complain, but I definitely will not be back. Hoping I can save someone else the poor experience.

SALLY IS ON FIRE! I am so happy with my nails they look amazing and she takes so much pride in her work and really takes her time and wants to please her clients!

I had a pedicure with Justin. Very thorough and professional. He is a friendly guy and gives great leg massages! Very pleased with this salon. The environment is also calm and they have a small crew which makes it a pleasant experience.
