I don’t shop at Nordstrom Rack often, but when I do I have always had an amazing experience. Nada, the sweetest person I have ever met, is always courteous and makes me feel like I’m the best customer. She’s the example of how all cashiers should be. Liz is another great employee. Very patient and helpful. I was in a bad mood and I was being rude to her but she stayed professional and helped me with a smile on her face. She turned my mood around and made my day!

I normally don't leave reviews, but this visit left me so frustrated that I felt I had to speak up. The cashier her name Nada was not only painfully slow and disorganized, but also rude throughout the process. To top it off, she began gossiping about me with a coworker — while I was still in earshot.
It made me feel disrespected and very uncomfortable.
I hope this is taken seriously and used as an opportunity for improvement.

This place has gone downhill fast. The store was a mess and the bathrooms were disgusting. Clearly, whoever used the stall before me wasn't taught basic hygiene.
Then, I found a cute dress, went to try it on, and discovered a greasy butt print on the front. Honestly, you'd be better off shopping at Goodwill. At least it's cleaner.

There are no plus sized clothing here. I drove almost an hour away and could not find one piece of clothing 2x and above. Extremely disappointing.

I agree..onTrac is the worst... I still can't believe they use them as a shipper.... I had to stop shopping at some of my favorite stores bc of onTrac...it's just ridiculous... It shows how much they care .. maybe onTrac is providing them free service or something...I can't figure it out. They are literally the worst company that ever existed...

As much as I like this store, shopping online left a bitter taste in my wallet. They use this cheap ass shipping company called OnTrac, they suck! It took them over 10 days to deliver my package coming from two state over. My package be sitting 5 days at the time at the same location to begin with, then an extra 3 days at one of their facility located only 110 miles away from me. There’s no communication at all. Everyday they said they gone delivered my package and never did. I’m frustrated as hell. Every time that I called Nordstrom Rack, someone else across the world from India answered my call. Crazy!!!

Had a wonderful experience here! They have many options and a decent variety of things considering they are smaller than the California stores- we were pleased and the customer service lady was friendly and personable- good shopping experience and good prices!

Not a great place to shop in my experience. Customers regularly trash the store and managers let them in the name of customer service. Just a mess. Get smarter. Do better. I don't recommend this location.
