Very inconsistent food. Ironically it was good when ordered on New Year’s Eve which was very busy. Then a few weeks later and it’s worse than 90s elementary school cafeteria pizza. Stomach churning and now swearing off Papa J’s.

The girl there with the pink and black hair…a couple months ago she took my order, made it very hot and fast! But she also came out and jump started my car for me with her own car while noticing I was having trouble…Will be back to this location!

Roll the dice - will you get 5-star service/food, or 1-star? That's the problem with this location - total inconsistency. I realize labor is tight post-pandemic, but don't take orders if you're going to leave them sit in the store 30 minutes before you hand it off to Door Dash without any insulating covers and have them deliver it stone cold another 20 minutes later. That's what happened to me tonight. A couple orders ago, their "Papa Track" feature notified me the pizza had been delivered, but nothing had shown up. I ran next door as occasionally my neighbors get my Amazon packages, so I thought maybe they got the pizza. They didn't have my pizza either. At this point I call the store and let them know the app said my pizza was delivered 10 minutes ago, and nothing is here. The manager seems highly annoyed, and immediately and very curtly says, "He'll be there in 10 minutes." So I wait. And about 8 minutes later the driver pulls up with the pizza. Makes me think they were reporting them delivered even though they weren't to make their metrics look better on some internal reporting. Sometimes it arrives hot and fresh, which is great. But you're basically gambling with them - you just never know what it will be. Other local pizza places are more reliable, so I'm going to just stick with the competition at this point.

Ordered from here multiple times for work. Always delivered hot and fresh. Recommend the location, haven't had a problem yet.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and never got it. Called several times and the manager said she couldn't find her driver. Then said she would send a pizza free of charge through Door dash and 3hrs later still NO

I picked up here last night and the people were awesome, super nice and very friendly. The food tasted like a Papa Johns Pizza. I think they are doing a great job over here. Keep up the good work.

Well I called and ordered and after seeing that my order was 40min late I called and tried to report it and the General manager got on the phone very rude as if she was entitled to. I know the General manager is going to see and read this so I'm gonna say this your customer service skills are poor. And you need some help because they way you were talking your mentally unstable and incompetent to run anything. I'm gonna pray for you

Ok pizza when eaten hot, dipping sauce doesn't hurt either. Pretty much your typical chain pizza place that is better off for dumping their founder after some really horrible remarks.

We ordered pizza for dinner from Papa John's. I love their bread compared to a lot of other places. Their garlic butter is to die for. Delicious pizza and decent price. If you order delivery, there will be a delivery fee no matter the distance. In my case I was within a mile and ended up having a delivery fee.

Grease on bottom of box all over my car seat. Grease from wings all over top of pizza box. They're too cheap to line their boxes with corregated cardboard. I guess they think they're saving the environment or are they cutting back to make a bigger profit?

Placed my order online for delivery and as a cash order. I'm watching the sequence on track my order. Then 45 minutes later I get a call from the store.The girl tells me they have no drivers and are doordashing everything. Wondered if I could use a credit card?No I selected cash for a reason...because I have cash.Asked why I wasn't notified when I placed the order, and now my food has just been sitting around for 20 minutes.Just terrible.
