My GEL nail polish fell off within 48 hours of getting my pedicure. The pedicure, which was the more expensive pedicure, was an additional $22 to get gel polish even though their menu states polish choice included. I was there with a bridal party, our pedicures were rushed and we were never offered a beverage. I will not be back.

I went to do dip power. They charged me $70. The nails is not of equal length. The surface is wavy. The manicure was put lotion in my hands and a little massage, this is not manicure. She was nice but the service is bad.

Nearly $100 for a gel pedicure. Callus removal isn’t even included in a basic pedicure. Polish I was cured on the cuticle so I’m expecting peeling very soon. Still dirt under my nail as well. Too high of a price for a sub par experienced a lot better salons in the area.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior!
I had one of the worst experiences at this nail salon. The staff were shockingly rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. One of them even had the nerve to call me stupid — yes, you read that right! I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in any service setting. If you care about being treated like a human being, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. No one deserves to be spoken to like that. Unprofessional, nasty attitude, and zero customer care.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely Unprofessional and Unsanitary. Definitely not worth the price they charge no matter what you get. Spend your money somewhere else. Over $200 just for 1 manicure and 2 pedicures

Wouldn’t recommend stepping into this place. Rude and arrogant at reception, unwelcoming, and do not know how to properly receive new customers.

Beware of this place. No wonder there were no customers in there on a Saturday. I asked for a gel soak off. I saw online the price was $10 but when I walked in the guy says $15, ok no problem maybe they increased the prices. Some girl starts removing my gel with the nail drill, not even a gel nail soak off. She proceeds to ask me if I want a manicure and said no thank you. Later on asks me if I want any color on my nails and I said no, but could I please get a clear coat. She didn’t voice that it was an extra charge. As I go over to the nail drying station, I peep the pamphlet with the prices and of course gel soak off (without service) was listed as $10. I then go to pay and somehow my total went from $15 to $27. The guy tells me the rest was for a “polish change” that I never asked for. So I walked out paying $27 for one service he decided to up charge me on and a service I didn’t ask for. Clearly they weren’t happy that I wasn’t coming there to spend $100+. This place is a scam. I’d give them 0 stars if that was an option.

I have been going to Prive at Crocker Park for almost 8 years and have never had a bad experience or anything short of excellent, long-lasting nail services.
The entire staff is friendly and the customer service has always been top notch. I have also brought a large group there several times which is fun and we are made to feel really special.
My last gel manicure lasted three, almost four weeks without chipping and my gel pedicures typically last 6-8 weeks with no chips!
Highly recommend!

Kevin and his wife did the best job ever for my nails

This was my first time visiting and they were able to fit me in quickly. However, the service at the end wasn’t the best as I was discouraged from leaving on my own time and made to stay wayyyy too long for my toenails to dry. I think on average it takes around 15 min for painted toes to dry and I stayed for around 40 despite trying to leave early. This was weird…

I recently enjoyed a girls' day out with two friends, where we had been eagerly anticipating our gel pedicure appointments. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed and frustrated. The entire experience felt hurried, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail. I had one toe that was completely missed (it was fixed once I noticed) and the overall paint job did not fully cover the nail tips (this was noticed after we left). While I recognize that upscale salons typically charge more for their services, the quality did not match the $75 price tag plus tip. If you are looking for quality, this is not the place for you.

i got a dip mani done here the day before yesterday, today it's chipped. ridiculous. i'm pretty sure it's because the light wasn't on the first time the tech cured the mani, but when i told her that the light hadn't been on and the nails were still wet she ignored me completely and put another coat on. honestly will never come here again even though i love the atmosphere. can't justify paying $$$ for a mani that's suppsoed to last 4 weeks and only lasts 1 day.

First, I was overcharged for my services, and I know this because the person is came with paid $40 less. Secondly, the customer service didn’t add up for the amount these services cost. My nails were done by an older fellow, who was on the phone while my foot was in the air in the middle of pedicure, and cut my nails down during my manicure to nubs like a man so he didn’t have to file them. My nails looked like I could’ve done them at home because he didnt even get my sides (basic manicure by the way) . The older man was also the one who checked me out, so all across the board was just horrible service. I didn’t even want to take the time to go back because it’s about 30minutes away. Thankfully, the one i came with got KATY , and she was an angel. Disappointed because it could be great if the service matched the ambiance and the prices.
