Not happy that they doubled the rates twice within a year. This place is only good for few months at a reasonable price if you need a short temporary storage.

Great assistance from the staff there. Chris was extremely helpful. You don't think of customer service being much a determining factor when booking storage, but Extra Space in Westlake makes it a distinguishing feature of their product and I would pick them again just for the level of service and attention. The space itself was extremely convenient with easy pass through entrances and exits as well as covered loading and unloading for many of their units.

First of all, the customer care agent was amazing. She definitely deserves a raise. She was kind, funny, and extremely helpful. Second, the staff at the storage building (Christopher and Robert) were also friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious. The cost was far less than I thought it would be, and the unit (and whole facility) was so clean and tidy that I felt completely comfortable leaving everything there. Well done. 10/10 would recommend.

On the surface, thia is a great place for storaging valued items. The facility is well maintained, units were clean and climate controlled, I felt like my items (as well as myself) were safe and secure. But inside, the guidance of staff members Chris and Rob was helpful, informative, and supportive to me during this transitional time. Words cannot express my appreciation for making this experience as seamless and stress free as possible.
