Had amazing service to get the right bed for me, assisting with the best deals for the right bed, and getting that bed to me in the right time frame. We had a pleasant experience purchasing two beds. Nancy helped us decide which beds would be best for our two locations. Being able to coordinate the two delivery dates was a plus. We have been Sleep Number customers for over forty years and have been very satisfied.

Store Experience Only - my buddy has had a sleep number bed for years and said I should look into one when I was complaining about having a sore back. Note - you have to go thru getting yet another app to use the parking meters in front of the store, so your best bet is to use the parking garage up the street which is free and take the short walk.
After going into the store I was greeted by Nancy. I explained I was looking for a new bed and I saw there was a 50% off Memorial Day sale. She took me to a special bed that showed the pressure points on my back at different levels (40 better than 100). Those pictures were e-mailed to me. Then we reviewed the adjustable frame, definitely a keeper! Next was the 50% off mattress. After answering my questions she put together a quote for my review. Nancy was a bit new to things and it was nice to see co-worker John help her out when she had an issue with the quote and keep things moving. I took the quote and noted I would call with questions - the only sales pressure I received was Nancy saying she hope she would see me again.
I did call a few days later and again Nancy politely answered my inquiries without any sales pressure.
I decided to purchase the bed, Nancy was with a customer and John saw me and greeted me, noting he was finishing up with a customer and would be with me momentarily. I noted it was Nancy's quote and he said the policy was to help take care of customers in a timely manner, and that Nancy would still get credit for the sale. Well, both Nancy and John worked on getting my order processed when the manager John came in. He as well was friendly and helpful to Nancy, John & myself.
I ordered the bed to be delivered mid-June so have not received it yet - hoping the delivery will be as professional as the sales portion was.

I purchased my bed online so to speak with calling directly to a store in Ohio. John yusko was very helpful and Pleasant to deal with. We have previously purchased a Sleep Number bed so this is our second purchase for an extra room in our house.
