I went to Soma to return some online orders. I LOVE their *vanishing* line of underwear!
They were friendly, efficient, & knowledgeable about the products and returns.
I will continue to shop at THIS location!

don’t make a bra fitting appointment. their website allowed me to make a 9am appointment AND the employee personally confirmed the 9am appointment - but the store doesn’t open til 10am. wasted gas and time just to stand outside an empty store. i’ll buy bras somewhere else

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Soma store in Crocker Park. One of the associates I interacted with was shockingly rude and unprofessional—not just toward me, but also toward her coworker. Her behavior was completely out of line and did not reflect the core values that Soma claims to stand for.
Soma says: “We are embodying the journey of women supporting women. We are here to listen to you, to help tell your story and design product that supports your needs.” Unfortunately, that was the exact opposite of what I experienced. Instead of feeling supported and heard, I left the store feeling disrespected and dismissed.
This associate made it clear that she does not follow the Soma company values. Her attitude was not only nasty but also belittling, and I was shocked to see how she treated another team member right in front of customers. It was uncomfortable and frankly unacceptable.
While I likely won’t shop at this particular location again, I won’t let one very bad apple steer me away from Soma’s products. I’ve always appreciated the quality and comfort the brand offers, and I hope the company takes steps to ensure all stores reflect the mission and culture they promote.
Soma needs to do better. When a brand builds its reputation on empowering women and creating a positive, supportive environment, it’s critical that every customer experience aligns with those values.

Christian was so kind and made me feel very comfortable during the fitting. She was also super knowledgeable and attentive and I am so happy with my purchases.

I can't remember for the life of me what the young ladys name that helped me but I wanna say she was super helpful and really respectful when helping me find a well fitting bra. It has been years since I was last fitted and had always had bras that didn't fit right but the one I got last night fits so sug I have never had this much back support before. It's amazing.

I had a wonderful experience at Soma during my recent visit. It was my first time shopping there, and I was impressed by the service. Lacey, the employee who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me pick out a handful of items. I was in the store for quite a while, but Lacey was patient and friendly.

Extremely friendly and helpful! Much better experience than Vivtorias Secret and the bras fit better too!

Salesperson was attentive and patient. She helped me go through a lot of different styles until I found the right fit and something I loved. Got 4 bras on buy one get one half off. So pleased and will save up for my next trip to get some sleepwear. Everything is so pretty and feminine., will definitely do a return shopping trip!
