They don’t deserve one star today. The one guy looked at me when I was walking in approximately 10:45 AM on 1/31. No one said anything so I stormed out saying “Can’t even say anything!” - customer service & communication needed for the employees in there would be great!I came in to ask a simple question.

I'm happy with T-Mobile after switching and was interested in 5G internet. I stopped by this store on 1/10/24 around 5 pm. There were two clerks working: one was helping a customer, and one was on a computer wearing earbuds. I heard the clerk who was working tell the customer that he was having trouble connecting his line and had to go in the back and contact tech support. I stood around for a while, and the guy on the computer kept his head down and studiously avoided making eye contact with me. I waited about 10 minutes. The other clerk was still working in the back, so I left without the other guy ever acknowledging my presence.

What an amazing store. Clean, friendly. No hassle getting my new phone. I walked in upset and Mike had me leaving feeling so rich. For sure my new T-Mobile.

Jace was a HUGE help in the process of switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best plan, saved money, and assisted in the transfer processes. If anyone needs to switch plans or get a new phone please ask for Jace!

Peter was phenomenal. Him and Lois took such good care of me and my son. I'll never go anywhere else ever again. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Shame I can only give them 5 stars cause they've earned more.

I work with the same gentleman regularly ,who was so amazing. Before me there was this old lady who brought in two broken phones and left with one working phone, I saw him work a 14 hour day in 10 hours, He is an spectacular salesman too by the way he tried selling this lady a galaxy watch so it could count her steps. Too bad she was a cripple, but that didn’t stop him he cured her paralysis In order to sell her this watch.There wasnt outlet’s available to charge my phone so I saw this man get on a bike hook it up to my phone and peddle for 20 minutes to charge it.he is a saint, the most amazing , miraculous man I’ve ever met.

I recently visited this store looking to switch from a different carrier. Brandon and Jace were both very friendly, helpful and made switching super easy and streamlined. They answered all of our questions and made sure everything was set up before we left. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with switching!

Went in there today for the T-Mobile internet for my house and they made it so much effortless to walk in and walk out right away with it! Even showed me how to set it up and set up a new name and password for it. Thank you to the team at Westlake T-Mobile for taking the time to help me out! Definitely the home store now! ??

I would give 0 stars if I could, customer service told me to come to a store to verify my identity and have the clerk call customer service for me to access me account, the “ manager” as he calls himself, refused to even help me at all “ we can’t do that” “ we don’t do that” “ never have we ever” I will keep calling to report him to his bosses until he’s fired. Super rude , very unfriendly, unwilling to help. He should not have a job working with people.
