The Learning Experience is amazing. My daughter has been attending for a while now and they are such a great caring center. They go above and beyond for the children. The center is also always very clean.My child loves her class and the teachers and she always looks forward to going. Arielle and Claire are always so kind and very involved. I’m so thankful to find such a great center I really appreciate you all and everything you do. Thank you !!

Learned to refuse deliveries for this place to tip 1 dollar in delivering 300+ worth of groceries and on top want me to load it on cart hope you treat the kids better

My husband and I are so grateful to have chosen TLE Westlake for our daughter! The thought that is put into the curriculum is what sold us, but the teachers are absolutely the heart and soul of it. Every person in the infant room has been kind, positive, hands-on, caring, and genuinely invested in our daughter's well being. We could not appreciate them more! We are nervous first time parents and Ms. Lai, especially, has made us feel like our girl is well-loved and cared for. Again, every teacher we've interacted with so far have been amazing! Management and the owners are ever present and get to know in every child, celebrating the wins and communicating every step of the way. Thank you TLE teachers, we are so happy to have you!

This place is great! The staff is attentive, professional and so friendly. My son has been going here for almost a year now and he continues to show me things I never knew he’d be capable of learning at his age, I would like to give the learning experience so credit for that. Staff is great all around and give me a happy hello when we drop him off and another happy goodbye when we leave. Very happy with the learning that goes on at the learning experience.

My son and daughter both attend The Learning Experience and I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible teachers and outstanding facilities that have played such a vital role in my children’s education and overall development. The vocabulary and mathematics to the sign language and early literacy, my children are very advanced socially and developmentally. From the moment we came here, you could tell new management truly cared. Ms. Aimee goes above and beyond for my son and is patient, encouraging, and committed to the growth of her classroom. Ms. Karina’s creativity in teaching and the way she fosters a love of learning has made a noticeable difference on my family. My children are excited to go to school every day. Highly recommend to family and friends in search of care.
As a parent, one of the most important things is knowing your children are in a safe, nurturing environment while you’re away-and that’s exactly what I have found at TLE! Thank you for being our home away from home here at The Learning Experience. We love you all!

Very pleased that I found this daycare. Compared to the last place this is a heaven sent! My child is often happy walking into class, during pick up they’re always running, laughing & playing. I love the extra curricular activities available as well as the updated school lunch with familiar foods from home. Top 3 on my list was diversity & I am proud that my kid sees faces like hers. We’ve been here going on 4 months & I’m hoping things continue to be good & better! Thank you TLE fam!

I am incredibly thankful to have my daughter enrolled with The Learning Experience. She looks forward to being dropped off every morning, plays hard and learns all day long, and continues to want to play when I pick her up! I have gotten to know most of the teachers there since we started this summer and I love them all!
Ms. Rachel: You have a heart of gold and love every baby in your care like your own. My daughter has known you the longest and the bond you’ve created with her as well as the other babies in your room is precious and means so much to me. Thank you for being the incredible caregiver you are!!
Ms. Mary: You always brighten my daughter’s day and every time I pick her up and she’s in your care she loves being around you. Thank you for being you!!
Ms. Hannah: You have the most calming presence and make the toddler room such a safe and fun atmosphere. Thank you for all that you do every day to help our toddlers grow!!

Lastly, I just want to recognize Saket. As the owner of the Westlake Learning Experience it is so clear you are in this business for the right reasons. I have appreciated all of the conversations you have had with my husband and I and how much you know and remember about every child and every family in the center. Thank you for all that you do to create a safe space for our children!!
If I missed anyone, I’m sorry I haven’t gotten the chance to meet you and I hope I will soon!! There are a few newer teachers that I have not gotten to meet yet, but I really look forward to it! The Learning Experience is a safe and welcoming place for all and I’m so thankful to know all of you! Thank you for loving our littles and for helping them grow!!

We were desperately looking for more structure, a better learning environment, and overall better care for our little lady, TLE checked every box. The staff has been wonderful, the meals are creative, and the activities are fun. Our little one has made HUGE progress since we moved to TLE in Feb. She seems so much happier, we love the photo updates and it helps us as parents know she is in safe, kind, and caring hands while we are at work.

My daughter has been attending TLE for over a year now. I feel very confident with the new ownership and management after experiencing all the chaos and the high turnover of teachers with the old owner. The school has been thriving more and more these last few months and i feel comfortable leaving my child there. Also i have seen how my daughter developed both emotionally and academically as they do have a great curriculum and an outstanding staff which provide nurturing and caring environment.Now i can recommend this school with so much confidence.

Our three children have been with TLE since September 2022 when we moved to Westlake. We left an amazing daycare in Columbus that felt like leaving family so we had high expectations and many fears about our children adjusting. Within the first week, our three children truly enjoyed going everyday which obviously takes a lot of the stress and guilt off two working parents. The teachers are amazing (especially Ms. Christina in the preschool room who has been with us since day one), the school is clean, vibrant, and new. Can I emphasize clean!!!! That’s a big one for me. Roughly 6-9 months after we started we noticed a lot of the teachers were unhappy. Many were leaving and others seemed to be on their way out. We could tell something was going on behind the scenes that we were not privy to but it clearly had to do with a major disconnect between the owner and her staff. But again, our children still enjoyed their time there and the teachers assured us they were in great hands, and we trusted that.We finally started looking at other daycares when TLE was on their 4th director in just the short period we were there, one not even lasting a week. Why couldn’t this place keep their staff? We put our notice in three different times to leave and start at a different daycare but my kids truly did not want to leave and I also never got the best vibe at the other centers so we kept staying, waiting for change. That change finally happened when Shannon, the current director, was hired and sat me down asking to give her a chance. She reassured me that change was happening and she understood my concerns. Within the month’s time, an announcement was made that the center was going to have new ownership and it quickly become evident what was going on behind the scenes and it had nothing to do with the care the site offered but rather the mistreatment of the staff and the toxic environment they were forced to work in at times. I know my children were always taken care of and the teachers continued to assure me of such. It is very clear that the new owner is in this industry for the right reasons and has the experience TLE needs to get it up and running to its full potential. The director Shannan, also with years of experience, has stood by her promise to me and my family and we have felt nothing but confidence in them since they joined TLE. And of course the teachers are what make TLE such an amazing place, but as I mentioned before, we never doubted the great care our children were receiving, but we now feel reassured that TLE has great leadership behind those teachers.

Amazing since new ownership took over! Prior to the new owner and director, the center was mismanaged and had high teacher turnover. Within the last few months, the new director and owner have completely turned this place around. Along with the new owner/director really making a difference, the teachers are incredible. I love the amount of activities that my toddler does on a daily basis. I also love that I get frequent updates and photos that let me know how his day is going.

Our child has attended TLE for the last 1.5 years and the new ownership has made the experience so much more pleasant. There are currently so many programs that TLE offers. Management has added so much value to the organization and the ownership is very involved.

I'm in love with this school! As a first time mom I spent months searching for the perfect place to send my little guy. After touring multiple schools within a 10 mile radius I found the learning experience and I must say I'm very impressed. I toured the school after new ownership was established and I'm glad I did because I didn't see too many positive reviews regarding the previous management. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I love that my 2 year old toddler is getting a full scale education as opposed to being thrown in a room with toys and a glorified babysitter. My son is learning so much and I love that I get alerts about his progress and well being every half hour, weather it's about the curriculum he's learning or a picture of an activity he's enjoying. I really love that they have frequent family days where the parents get to come to the school and interact with the staff as well as the students for fun and refreshments. I've included a picture of my son and I enjoying the schools trunk or treat event with their Mascot bubbles the elephant! I'm glad I made the right decision in choosing TLE ?
