“You don't find it very often that an owner of a company (especially from Penske) would take the time to respond to my posting of what my overall experience was or is of the company and this owner took the time to do that so I strongly believe he cares a great deal for his company but mostly and overall he cares alot more about his customers and what there experience is bc without them and the feedback the owner gets from the customers can allow that owner to make any changes (if any) to the company to make sure the customers are satisfied and are extremely happy with anything they might rent from Penske just as I was! Thank you for responding and I sure hope to rent from you in the future. I have already let my family, friends and just about everyone I know (I have abt 5,000 friends on FB) about the GREAT experience I had with Penske and referred 6 of my close friends that feel the same. “Smaller outlet for uhaul rentals in the area. They typically have a good selection of the smaller and medium sized trucks but if you are in need of a larger vehicle they don't seem to have them on site and the uhaul site will end up sending you to the larger facility over in Elyria. Staff was quick and helpful for the one rental we did from here.”
“Took 16ft truck from Ohio to Texas. Avg 10mpg. Truck was comfortable with good AC. Tires were good. Top speed set about 77 but you don't need to go faster in that kind of truck anyway. Just beware of that limit when passing other trucks or you'll upset the four-wheeler behind you. LOL. It will teach you to have patience with the big-rigs.”

“I rented a truck today from this location. I had a small issue with the truck information and the rental person had it fixed in no time. She was pleasant to deal with and even though it was Friday afternoon and her shift was over, she took care of the issue and I was on my way. Great experience and great price.
