They have everything you could possibly want plus the staff is very nice and kind out of all my years of coming here never had a bad experience. Also the bathrooms are very clean 90% of the time

I have never been through so much trouble over a $37 a month car Wash subscription where your equipment it's not working properly and it is the customer's fault I've gone over and above the last 2 months to show you a screenshot of my subscription and it's still not good enough definitely would not recommend this particular location

My girlfriend and I work in crocker park and frequent this location. Great staff and killer beer selection! Danny is a total delight and as long as he's there we will always pop in to say hi and buy some junk food. Best pit stop in westlake.

It's 5 stars only when Jeffrey is working. Once he gets his own store i will never go there again. The rest of the people there lack knowledge and personality.

Terrible customer service. The workers are rude. They are always on there phones, even when taking care of customers. One of the workers today had her ear buds in and was listening to music while I was at her register. The other woman was having a full on conversation on her personal cell phone while she was waiting on another customer. That customer was visibly frustrated. It was so rude. No customer service skills at all. They act annoyed if you ask them anything. The final straw was a female worker got into a screaming match with a customer while the store was full of people. I won’t be going back. I worked in retail management for 12 years and I would have never tolerated such blatant disrespect in my store.

Not sure what's going on with the transactions at this station but beginning of April I had my debit card hacked. I literally only used it at this station once in store. Than several charges showing up to my account. Get a new card,go through the bank to dispute charges, wait 3 weeks to use card again. Go to same station for gas this time & gee next day hacked charges show up again on new card ?. I like the staff and store, they are nice but I won't go back to this station and use my debit card anymore.

They have a sign on the door that they’ll be back in 15 minutes and I’ve been waiting and nobody has returned and the door is locked and the lights are on. Way to do business.
