Jamie is amazing!!!! I came in basically hiding my face because of how dry my skin/foundation looked. Every winter is a struggle and I feel so insecure. She happily sat me in her chair and assessed my current routine. I may sound dramatic… but..she changed my life! I’ve had a lot of products recommended before that didn’t suit me—and she really knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend her if you need help/ are chronically dry like me. Entire staff is always so friendly. So glad I went to this location.😊

The most helpful staff! I get followed around stores a LOT due to the color of my skin. But here, I was helped and left alone when I wanted to be. I get overwhelmed when buying makeup due to all the options but the staff helped me make good decisions. I'll be back!

I was at the perfume section sampling some scents and making a list of what I want for Christmas. I know I was there for quite some time, because 2 of the same Ulta workers asked what seemed like every 10 minutes if I needed help. I got the vibe that they wanted me to leave and I felt rushed, so I bought a little sampler size and left. It was rather annoying.

I split my time between Ohio and Florida and have been going to ulta for a few years! My main gal is in Florida but being based in Cleveland and on television here part time I needed to find someone here who I can trust so I can keep up with my highlights in between trips home! I love ulta because they keep your color formula and notes in their system no matter where you go! Taylor P. had the best reviews so I booked with her and she is just all around INCREDIBLE! Such a talented stylist, professional, personable, and knows about all things hair to get you what you are looking for! Seriously love her! Taylor in the salon is the best! She does an amazing job every time and is down to be your therapist and friend.

A great experience with Alisha. My hair has never looked so good. The cut grows out beautifully and I can’t believe how great it looks the day after. The color and highlights are perfect and she customized the blend it to fit my style. I get a lot of compliments from friends that have started to come to Alisha.
