When I drop off a package inside to be mailed that has a barcode to be scanned for tracking, they never bothered to scan it. I cannot understand why they don’t.

I believe there's someone that works in this post office stealing packages. The post inspector needs to be involved. The place needs to be under a investigation.

I have not been getting my mail regularly for the past at least 6 years I've lost packages I've had packages missed delivered to other people who have been returned them to Sender who have an address similar to mine I've talked to the manager three times already I now have my mail on hold and I go pick it up today my insurance company called to ask my new address my homeowners insurance because my mail went back to them and the address on it is correct I've also had a paycheck and get returned to the sender and my address was correct Westlake post office can't be trusted

Shannon is a really wonderful person he’s great always took care of me with my packages and even gave my kid a toy and treats everyone with respect great customer service I even came last minute a couple times and made it and always been taking care of me I definitely recommend this post office to anyone you won’t go wrong love this post office!!! :)

Don't bother dropping off packages in their bin they put in the front office, they will get stolen or lost. The post office will blow you off. Get the postal inspector involved. These people are committing federal crimes.

i used to consistently use the 24 hour drop box inside. For the post month or so it is very hit or miss. Sometimes I will go after close and the door is unlocked and I can drop my packages off. Other times I load up my truck and go to drop my packages off only to find the doors locked. The signage is still up that shows 24 hour service available but it’s definitely not. Can we get a new schedule posted or an update on when the lobby will be consistently back open after hours??Update: I was told by an employee at this location that the 24 hour service would resume once the gate that closes off the customer service area gets fixed. She said it should be fixed before the end of the year.
