Verizon has gone down hill completely with service. I cant even call this store you just get stuck in a endless loop with their out of country call centers. I have Verizon One Talk service for my business. It hasn't worked in a week and I cant get a single a person from Verizon that can help. Only their out of the country service which I have spent over 4 hours on the phone with. Their other option was to admit One Talk has issues & to use a 3rd party company to fix THIER phone issues. Only problem 3rd party company wont respond either. Once again a giant corporation losing all sight of what made them good in the first place - Service.

We love Verizon as our cellnetwork and the products we’ve bought from Verizon.Customer service at the Westlake location has steadily declined since they opened. If I come to your store because I need help from a person with my phone, and I tell you “I need help from a person with my phone.” I should never be told to go away and do it myself. Two stars is all you get for a good but overly preachy experience back in September combined with yesterday’s nightmare.The thing I needed help with yesterday took a grand total of 15 minutes from the Verizon employee in Elyria at Chesnut Commons.I was not compensated for my review.

Very helpful, my account got hacked and a few phones got ordered, they got the situation taken care of quickly. Will be going to this store from now on!

I wish I could give no stars. Just waited for 20 minutes while the manager stared into space saying that he wasn't allowed to help customers. Literally there were no other customers to help. Brian should not be employed.

This store is the reason I will be taking all 9 of my line and home internet elsewhere. Terrible customer service. My order wasn’t processing for pickup. Instead of calling me (clearly they have my number) when I go to pick up the phone that should be ready, they say “we are sorry, this error message is coming up. Our manager suggests cancelling the order and coming back tomorrow!) I am good. Nobody in this day and age has time like that to keep coming back! Terrible customer service!

They charged me triple what they told me I was gonna pay and then couldn’t fix the problem they caused. Wouldn’t recommend going here. Lack of staff is sad. I waited 40 minutes to be helped for nothing.

I broke my phone screen and i wanted to just purchase a new phone and leave. They couldn’t help me because it’s by appointment only. I went to apple and bought the phone.
