“My daughter and I were on our way to Toledo from Ossian,IN(10 miles south of Fort Wayne,IN) to do some shopping on a Friday. On our way there the parking brake light came on. So since my daughter was driving I looked it up in the manual. It said pull over immediately. So we got off the road checked fluids and such and all was good. So I get looking for a shop online and found Precision and we got it there like 9miles away. I explained what was going and of course it’s 12:15pm on a Friday and we are 100 miles from home and they eating lunch at their shop. They were so nice. After lunch they got to checking my 2016 Subaru Outback and determined it needed a new alternator and belt. By this time the car wouldn’t start. They jumped it got it in the shop. They found an alternator in the area. Had back on the road in less than 2 hours. Great people that understood we were in a pickle. They went above and beyond for us that day and salvaged our trip of a dad and daughter day shopping. Thank you so much for your service. I’d highly recommend Precision for your automotive needs.”

“They helped me with repairs on my camaro. They were the 2nd cheapest quote I recieved but that's not the reason why I picked them. When talking to them about the damage and seeing the place, they seemed like a really trust worthing shop. They took pictures for me throughout the repair and also answered my phone call or email. I received the car and it looked great. There was a tiny issue and they fixed it no questions asked. I will recommend this place and will come back for future repairs.”
