We had a propane leak that was difficult to find. Ben from TJ Propane came out to help find the leak. Ben was personable, hard working, and didn’t give up until the leak was found. We were very happy with the service and their price! We would definitely recommend TJ’s to anyone wanting a great propane company.

Very satisfied customer here. My neighbors in Millbury and the previous home owner recommended TJ's. There was a good reason. Their prices, service, and everything about this company has been outstanding. Very prompt deliveries, great pricing, and very friendly customer service. They were on top of filling my tank regularly in the cold winter we just had. They do offer pre-pay and lock-in rates to help offset higher gas cost in the winter. If anyone needs propane service in the NW ohio area, give TJ Propane a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Rude on the phone. asked to have propane filled 3 weeks ago still nothing. Called again they siad no one has been out this way but i have seen them pass my house twice and passed one a mile and a half from my house filling another persons propane

I have only ever used this company and I feel they offer fair prices, our delivery guy is also very friendly. They also typically give a small customer appreciation letter at the end of year, christmas time and it's very thoughtful that they take out the time to recognize our Lord and the customer too with this nice gesture.

We switched to T.J. Propane about 5 years ago, we heard good things about them. We have had great service from them and they are a great bunch of people, from the office personal to the delivery drivers,we have no complaints. Great company serving all of our propane needs. What a great company! I switched from Amerigas, whom I was with for years, and was amazed at how much money I could save with TJ. They were so kind and helpful with the transition of switching my tanks over. Very friendly employees, would highly recommend Tj's to anyone

TJ has always been very reliable. We are on the auto fill program and when we got a new pool heater installed we did not realize how much gas it was using and we ran out. They came within hours to get us back up and running. They are a very dependable company. I do miss our driver Phil who recently retired! I wish him the best!
