2010 Volvo XC60- Serpentine belt broke! Contacted Carl, quick to diagnose and investigate what caused the break and devise a plan. The AC compressor was the problem and needed to be replaced as well as the belt. Very quick, fantastic customer service, reasonably priced, and honest dialogue. Highly recommend and will contact him for any repairs.”
