Employee's are extremely rude and disrespectful.
1st experience of this was in the winter, mail refused to run after a small snow for 2 weeks. Started getting emails about bills being late, so contacted them by phone and they was extremely rude and angry saying that they didn't have time to help or explain and if I didn't like it to use another delivery service.
I went in person and the employee was even more rude, I asked if I could pick up my mail and was told thats not allowed and I also had a package to pick up and they said they won't allow it now and got loud and tolde to leave when I said I want to request to pick up all my missing mail since they was refusing to deliver it. They got loud and told me to leave.
I emailed USPS customer service and they had someone the next day hand deliver all my mail and they said they would take care of it and everything was fixed.
Fast forward in spring they started leaving ally packages on the side of the road. I took photos of this and emailed them and a extremely rude employee emailed me back from this post office saying that our driveway was to bad to use when it was only a year old and freshly redone and used by every other service fine, after replying with photos showing them the driveway was in perfect condition they rudely said our driveway was full of trash cars and they need to be removed from the property while the only Carson the property are newer ones that are parked on the other side of the property, when I sent pictures of that they refused to respond

I have used the Wheelersburg Post Office several times over the years when visiting my parents. It's a small town location where employees and customers know each other by name. They have several po boxes for rent and a decent size shipping section. On my last visit, I needed to mail a Christmas gift to a friend. I found a small prepaid envelope for purchase. I filled out the address and was second in line for checkout. I only waited a few minutes as service was pretty fast. I would suggest this postal service site for your shipping needs. Friendly and fast service.

They always deliver my mail to the wrong place in fact they did today 12-10-22 I am hopeful a neighbor will walk it over but they probably won't I always have to stay home and wait but I did not today and that's my fault because I know they are all ediots my neighbor literally just brought it over as I was writing this thank God for good people

LOVE this post office! I have a post office closer but always would choose this one over them all! They don’t complain or have attitudes, just friendly people. They are just great people.

Horrible service u cant talk to a human. Online computer voice nonsense!!!!. U have to go talk in person because the phone number for a question wants u to talk to a robot

We receive someone else's mail or packages at least once a week. The last two packages they attempted to deliver to us were taken to the wrong house. The second package shouldn't have been delivered at all because we requested they put a hold on our mail in an attempt to bypass them altogether.

Not very friendly or helpful, they do not answer the phone and it goes straight to a fax machine. My package said it was delivered but the carrier delivered it to the wrong address and I'm having a hard time trying to get this issue resolved.

The new Postmaster is really cordial and attentive. He showed me how I can grow my business through direct mail. It's nice to have such knowledgeable folks in our sweet little town.

After not receiving the package I ordered, and tracking showing it was delivered, I had to make multiple attempts to reach the post office as calls were continually not answered and would go to a fax signal. When I was finally able to speak to someone she took my information and said she would look into it and call me back.
When I had not received a call the following day I went through the same process of calling multiple times before eventually someone answered. I was told the carrier delivered the package by setting it (two shoe size boxes inside one package) on top of the mailbox. I was then asked if I thought someone could have stolen it...ya think!!??
