Alright. As much i love Aaron’s i love the staff. James, juan, and justin you guys are the best. Specially James you do a Great job. Thank you for always helping answer my all questions. Stick with this store they are the big reason. So once again thank you very much guys.

It would be a solid 5 star but When I'm told ill be let know when delivery is and don't know anything about it even when i call for 2 days straight its very annoying. I've paid off 2 agreements and I do love this place but the guessing game is annoying.

Ordered a dryer and they brought one that didn’t work, then tried to blame my outlet. My old dryer was still in basement, so I plugged it in to prove issue it not my outlet, like I already knew. They took the dryer and were supposed to replace the cord and plug that they put on the dryer (according to them), then bring it back. Instead I got a call 15 mins after they left my house stating the dryer worked at the store so it must be my outlet. We’d already proven that wasn’t the case. Initially, frustrated, I said just bring it back and I’ll figure it out, but I ended up calling back to cancel my order. Later the same day I found a dryer on Facebook marketplace. It was delivered same evening. Wouldn’t you know it was plugged in and worked without issue.Also, whatever lady was answering the phone at the store was utterly rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. Night before my delivery I got a call asking to change delivery time from 3-5 to 10-2. I said possibly, then the next morning realized I couldn’t change hours I needed to work, so I called store to say I needed same time if couldn’t be closer to 2. She seemed annoyed by my call from the start and her tone was nasty. She said “they didn’t tell me about a time change”, or something to that effect.. as if that was supposed to matter to me. She placed me hold then came back saying they had me down for the original time 3-5 as if there was never a change. I was confused but said ok because this is ultimately what I needed. Wouldn’t you know they called me at 10:50am, at my house! An issue for the delivery team and myself that I proactively tried to avoid. Maybe if she wouldn’t have been trying so hard to be rude and actually tried to help when I called we all wouldn't have been so inconvenienced. She was just rude for no reason. Its Aaron’s, people are paying for your service. Be nice or don’t answer the phone. Horrible customer service. Horrible overall experience. However, in the end I’m glad it didn’t work out. Got a nice dryer elsewhere for a low price that worked as soon as plugged in.

Made an online purchase 7/14 early morning. On the website it is advertised that your item will be delivered within 2-3 days. I just spoke to a store associate who informed me my item is at the warehouse and I won't be receiving it untill Saturday or next Monday but, probably Tuesday the 25th. So more like 10-11 days for delivery! Be advised and know more before you fall for the propaganda.

Been going to Aaron's for 20 years if you need something quick that you don't want to buy out right maybe need something for a project or whatever you can rent it , with this 90 day same as cash your prices are compared to regular prices. I walked in where they've had a couch or sectional ,chairs whatever. Something they're selling a little cheaper has been sitting or been returned and are they have new items coming in whatever the reason you can offer a price and they're usually good if it's reasonable.

My father called to switch a payment female on the phone was totally rude about the situation. If you don't like your job and rude with people on the phone get a new job I'll be calling corporate.
