Over the years this place is going down hill, the sliding door doesn’t work, most of the washers and dryers don’t work. The owner needs to do better. The paper on the washers and dryers are the ones that don’t work.

Swiped to get a new card. $15 minimum to add money. No response from owner and no laundry attendant on duty to help. This is not a great business to use!

This place sucks! You have to use a laundry card to wash which is fine but I used to card machine with my debit card for twenty five dollars and the laundry card never came out of the machine and charged me a fee to use it. I waited there for an hour to talk with an employee but no one is there. I called every number I found for the place no one answers. I also filled out the form I have yet to receive a response. This place took money from and I want it back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! One thing I hate is a business who steals people money!! I have made multiple calls filled out a form I have gotten ZERO response from anyone. In order to wash clothes here you have to get a laundry card. I used my debit card for the machine to give me a laundry card for $20. The machine charged my card but did not give me a laundry card! This placed owes me a refund!!! But refuse to return my calls or respond to the form I filled out. Do not wash clothes here!!

The laundry automatically opens and closes by itself. Which means the machines automatically turn on and off by themselves too. There is NEVER an attendant there to assist. When they are there, because the laundry is automatic they, can't help or refund your money if needed. All they do is take out the trash. You are literally on your own. If you come early, there's usually no one there BUT it's unattended, so homeless people and other weirdos come in to do drugs and other things inside. There's no one to call for help. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! If I could give them no stars I would. Also, the carts don't go outside. So, you have to lug your heavy laundry in and out without assistance. Pack light. This is only good for quick small loads so that you can be in and out as fast as possible.

This really horrible place I ever see
Worst laundromat ever the washers finished washing the door still locked all day I keep calling the number they have on google/ the laundry card now body answering its a goo goo number straight voice message left them a voice message didn’t get any call back , there’s no any emergency phone to call I’m still waiting and spend over $40 called out from my work

If I would have checked the input detergent area before I loaded 5 loads clothes, I would have left. There looks to me mold lurking. Some washers were out of service. Dryers smell horrible like an unclean dog. Had to re-wash and dry clothes elsewhere. Wasted time and money. A tripping hazard was in effect that day.
I do like the laundry card option but don't plan on returning and this is being reported to the CDC. This place needs to either be renovated or shut down.

They are pretty clean for the most part had plenty of carts to go around as I used 5 at one time. But the machine you have to use to load money on a card in order to pay for your wash and dry is total CRAP!!!!!! It wouldn’t allow me to add money to my card that I already had from my last visit. It made me Percha a new card. Every time I need to add money out of the two machines only one even worked but like I said this is what it did. I’m not sure if I will

The Lady who work there who looks to be Indonesian and the Indian man who is the owner of the place ARE VERY RACIST KEEP GOING AROUND BLACK PPL LIKE A BLACK PERSON GONNA STEAL THE GOTHAM WASHER MACHINE OR DRYER. WE PAID TO WASH OUR OWN CLOTHES AND PAID TO DRY IT. THEY DID NOT ASSIST IN GIVEN FREE MONEY TO WASH CLOTHES NOR WE WASN'T EXPECTING THAT FROM THEM SO WHY BOTHER CUSTOMERS AND KEEP ACTING LIKE THEY CLEANING WHAT THEY ALREADY CLEANED IN THE SECTION THEY CLEANED, AND WHY KEEP GO AROUND CUSTOMER OVER AND OVER TO WATCH THEM. THEY PROFILING PPL AND FOR WHAT?THEY NEED TO STOP THEIR RACIST WAYS OTHERWISE WHY OPEN THE BUSINESS ?DO THEY NOT WANT CUSTOMER'S TO GO IN THERE AND PAY FOR THE WASHING AND DRYING SERVICE. Worst laundry ever how is it possible that they do not have an emergency number incase something is needed do not recommend people coming here multiple people needed help and no number to call for emergencies
