Would be higher if boost still had the incoming calls and texts while phone was off but otherwise company is good. The staff, Jen, helped me set up my upgrade with no issues so I think I found my store I'm gonna regular.

My mother visited this store to obtain a new phone plan from a different provider. Shockingly, the employee at the store stole her phone number, created an account using her name and address, and established a pin code. All of this was done without her consent, with the intention of trapping her in an unwanted plan. I encourage people to avoid dealing with these individuals and refrain from conducting any business with them.Furthermore, during my time at the store, I witnessed numerous individuals angrily confronting the clerk, demanding to be released from these outrageous phone plans and have their stolen phone numbers returned.
