“All I’m gonna say is, it went from questionably being a blown motor to them telling me it was a fuel pump at about $700. I got a phone call back a short while later saying it would be cost of diagnostic they found a fuse that was blown. “Auto Glass Fitters/Auto Glass Now. Due to somemisfortune this is my second window out of pocket in less than 3 months. A real person answered the phone. They got me the OEM glass I wanted. They scheduled quickly w me to come to me on a convenient day/time only 4 days out. Stefan showed up on time and knocked the job out perfectly. Looks like a clean removal, evenly set window, no sealant overflow. Price was actually less than my last replacement and on pat with others. I will definitely call them again in a couple months if my misfortune continues.”
“Due to a series of bad luck we have had to use Gerber 3 times in 2021 and 2022. One time the car had to be totaled and the other time service and body work was completed.Due to the pandemic and supply chain issues, there has been long waits for appointments and parts. However, the staff have been wonderful to work with every single time. They communicate well, work great with my insurance and have done outstanding work on both vehicles.Would definitely recommend and use again with the current staff and tech knowledge”

“Had a rock, or some debris, hit my windshield as I was passing a truck on the highway. What was a small chip that could be covered up by a nickel, turned into a huge crack while my car was parked within the time my insurance could get someone to fill the chip. Made an appointment with Safelite, they were able to get me in after a couple of days, and the process was overall very seamless. It was easy to upload my insurance information, text messages kept me updated throughout the process, I was in and out for my appointment in less time than projected, and the work appears to be well done. Overall, this was an excellent experience!”
“Very good service. Had my car broken into Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. They were able to seal it up right away and make a mobile appointment 2 days later. Hopefully never need them again but would go back if and definitely recommend.”

“Shopping for a new windshield is never really fun, I contacted the dealer and they told me they use K & D auto glass so I went right to the source and I'm glad I did.They were about a week out on scheduling. I came down from Delaware, OH and ended up being about a half hour late for my 8am appointment, the traffic by the airport was bumper to bumper at that time of the morning (just a heads up!).K & D were about $100 cheaper than the competition and had me out of there and back on the road in AN HOUR!The front office lady is very friendly, if we need auto glass again K & D is where we'll go.Service: Auto windshield replacement”
