Stood in line for 10 minutes just for the teller to assist a walk up who skipped the line. Then proceeded to wait an additional 5 minutes.

I tried to open an account at this branch..with appoinment i will have to wait 2 weeks have it.. walk in only saturday... but only 4 people.. so..i went satudary and i was 3/4.. after waited 1h.35m. I asked how long more i will have to wait.. i was told well it take a little long to open an account.. like 1h 30 to 1h.45m per person... its 10.30am.. i will say around 1pm we should be done with you!... from 9am to 1pm to open an account at this branch!!

I went to this branch earlier today and attempted to make a deposit, only to find that all three ATMs were down. The ATM that I ended up using didn’t indicate that anything was wrong until AFTER I made my cash deposit. Moments later it spits out a receipt telling me to call a number to ensure that my deposit went through! This is unacceptable.

Had a mutual customer go in person w 2 forms of Valid ID for a cashiers check and was refused one no matter the amount because he didnt update chase with his new phone number. Told to come back in 3 days. W the same id and same phone number. Mind blowing. Called on his behalf 4 times and unable to get anybody at the branch on the phone. Please bank anywhere else.

Poor customer service. The clerks need training on customer service!!! I'm a veteran of 11 years in the military and this branch needs some serious management!!!!!!!

Worst bank ever, I'll never use a chase bank even again. Due to misinformation and unfulfilling promises That resulted in my account to be terminated. Which tellers at the estate persuaded me to deposit money in my account to make sure it remains open. Which soon after I did, they closed my account. Then when I confronted the teller that lied to me, they then went on a rude rant to scold me. Like if I could give 0 stars I would but Yelp is too nice. further more, that stopped my idea way to pay my Bill's and expenses. With that being said I will for sure make sure no one that I know or associate with, banks with chase and the perfect way to do it is. Tell my story. Btw I was a long time customer, 8 years to be exact.

Avoid this bank if at all possible. At one time, 11 yrs. ago, a great bank but now nothing works including the staff.
