This has always been a clean, and friendly place to get your laundry done. The staff is professional, courteous, and will help any way that they can. Using the speed queen app to pay the machine is an added bonus and makes the task that much easier. I had to drop 2 stars after finding out that the machines will take money, but not work. Dryer 179 said could not connect, and then try again. Well when I tried again I got charged again, and again. So, I lost money but could not use the dryer.

Always clean and the dryer get hot hot! The anak ones only allow 12 mins at a time but depending on what you have in there the most you'll need is 24 mins.

It’s 85 degrees outside and there is no AC on just ceiling fans moving around hot air. The attendant here tonight is never friendly and seems to have an attitude most times I come here, but that’s ok he’s probably hot too. Why is there no air? I use the biggest washer 17$ and some change cost me almost 50$ to wash and that’s NOT including drying. So with all the money being made with washing and drying WHY IS THERE NO AC. If you have to wash don’t come here in the summer it’s HOT HOT in here. It’s time for me to replace my washer. Cause I can not do it here SMH. Turn on the AC it’s terrible how hot it is in here. Don’t come here PERIODT this summer!!!

This is one of the cleanest laundromat in this area. They have special promotions regularly and the prices are affordable. The Machines are all available and operable, which is Critical

Way better and nicer than the Clean Rite on Cleveland but its still crazy expensive. A max capacity washer is $18 and dryers are like $1 for 12 minutes!

The site itself and the equipment were better and cleaner than most laundromats. However, apparently they have transitioned away from using the Speed Queen app recently and if you, like myself had funds sitting in the app, an employee on site has since drained said funds from those accounts. I am now out the funds I had on my account and have to find somewhere else to do laundry at.EDIT:After stopping in this afternoon and talking with the MOD J and the other Manager B, they found out what had happened and had the issue reversed in minutes. This team is very responsive to customer concerns, which is deeply appreciated. I'll be back later today!! From 1 star to 5!!

This place is dirty the bathrooms is always dirty they never clean the employees is very rude and disrespectful the store manager there now and the district manager that is there now are very disrespectful and rude and make customers not want to come back and feel very unwanted there for business
