The manager I think her name is Karla is so rude to the customers, and not even to the customers even to her employees, doesn’t do her job right either. I heard her scream to one employee one time I went there. She should get fired.

The experience I had there is bad, the girl who helped me is called Karla, I made a progressive lease and she charged me $120 dollars which I paid in cash, depending on the accessories I bought and it turns out that I am paying for them along with the phone I bought In payments with progressive lease I spoke and they told me that I had to go to the store and complain to them why it is not okay to charge for something that I am still paying, she stole $120 dollars from me.

I went on Sunday to change my company phone, I asked for some special information if I changed companies and they told me that they did not provide service to my same phone and I did not have a phone line.

The lady Ash was really helpful. She helped me and my mom get both of phone numbers transferred and got us set up on a really great plan with more data. The process was fast, it took like 25 mins and it was smooth. Her customer service is excellent !!!
