Slow service. Rude pharmacists (not all) but several are snappy and rude.... Makes you want to correct them but as an adult I keep my composure. Then you're often told one thing or the other is not ready or more commonly told a medication is not in stock. These are maintenance medications!! One per day for 30 days... so you you go in to refill every 30 days right ? Apparently wrong... you get there and their incompetence or willful ignorance allows them to look you right in the face and say (1) is ready but not the other (2) mind you these are maintenance medication where you need them on schedule taking one of each everyday for 30 days then refill ALL (3) EVERY 30 days not refill (1) like wtf am I going to do with one of three meds besides fail my normal regimen and lower my health status. I was prescribed (3) because I need (3) it's not rocket science. Smfh it's infuriating. Then the drive through window has been closed nearly a year. So everyone has to come inside and stand in a line that' is sometimes literally as long as the store with maybe 5% of the customers wearing masks. Anyway that's my experience with this CVS location. I only go there because it's close... obviously it's not convenient just close and I will be transferring out soon enough.

After having several issues with the pharmacy on Barnett \\u0026 Livingston which is now closed, I transferred to the cvs on Main \\u0026 Hamilton in Whitehall \\u0026 they have been excellent! Not just one or 2 of the pharmacy staff but every single person behind that counter. No matter how busy they are, they always have my medication ready at the promised pick up time. They all are very polite \\u0026 professional. They are now dealing with the transfer from the other CVS \\u0026 they are doing such a great job. The store is clean \\u0026 the staff in the store are kind as well.

I've already left several reviews for Lockbourne Rd. location and Main and Hamilton location store is very dirty carpet is no longer carpet so dirty shame on district managers for not handling it. I'm thinking very serious of transferring my husband's prescriptions somewhere else.

It takes long to get covid vaccine it also smells like smoke and they don't always wear mask properly if you'd want vaccine I recommend somewhere else for a more smooth experience

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I always have prescriptions I don't need filed. The prescriptions I need, I have to wait on. Then there are the harassing texts and phone calls for not picking up prescriptions I didn't ask for or need. Today I was informed that I can't get my prescription because they gave me 30 days last month and billed my insurance for 90. No one should go here for prescription services.

The staff here absolutely doesn't know how to handle specialty meds. They will call your medication out loud (invasion of privacy), and they're not even sure how to locate it. I've come here because the location is convenient. I feel like there are serious sluggish service and privacy violations going on here.

This pharmacy filled a prescription, 30 pills, no refills. I picked it up. Then a couple weeks later, I started getting texts about refills of the Rx being ready for pickup. I don't want refills, and I shouldn't get refills. Since then, I've gotten 12 more texts. After about 6 of them, I went into the store in person and told them to stop sending me texts. They should not have refilled that prescription anyway. If they screw that up, what else gets screwed up? I'm not going to use this pharmacy again. I tried to call and make a less public complaint, but it looked like I would be on the phone for a long, long time before I would get a human being.

When picking up my daughters medicine tonight I didn’t receive her asthma medicine promised to have been by NOON yesterday. I was told they put it on hold because they got busy and now I would have to wait at least an hour to get it. Poor customer service and work ethic. Will not be returning and transferring out of this location.

Never in my life have a seen a harder working pharmacist. I went around 9:30pm on Friday 8/30. I don't know his name but he was so quick, literally jogging around to complete everyone's subscription on time. I was very impressed. The tech that cashed me out was also very nice and very helpful.

I went to pick up my prescription at the drive thru, just to be told that my medication is out of stock at their location and their truck isn’t in until Friday. I really wish someone would have told me this 2 hours ago when I put my request in to fill. Ridiculous.
