When Sara was here this place ran smoothly. Now I have to wait extremely long for prescriptions she would have filled the same day. I don’t know why she left but they need to offer her her job back and whatever they need to do to bring her back. I have been a patient of this pharmacy for ten years prior to this but looks like I may have to move my care.
Edit: I out a three star because it’s not fair to all the pharmacy staff that does their best to help that work here. I think it’s just a couple bad apples delaying fills and I hat not. The ladies there today were especially nice and caring.
One lady kept asking for help because she had a long line and I mean it was definitely unmanageable for one person and no help came. I felt bad for her because she was trying to handle three customers at once hopping to different registers and what trying to do what she could to live the line.
The staff have been polite to me though just now prescriptions take at least a day longer to fill usually. One time they did get a necessary prescription filled the same day. It just got really bad recently. I don’t know if it’s just because it’s new staff or what the reason is but the prescription refills are always at least a day wait even for meds that are necessitaties.
And like I said maybe it’s just because it’s new staff but after my experience yesterday it seems like it’s more than just that. Why they got rid of Sarah I will never understand.

I was told that a script was ready so I made a special trip to pick it up. I waited 45 minutes in the line only to be told it wasn't ready. They told me that they could have it ready in 15 minutes. I waited another 30 minutes until it was finished. If you can, don't use this pharmacy!

Seems like I am another victim of the rude pharmacy staff. My usual CVS pharmacy was out of my medication, but said this pharmacy had it available and all I needed to do was call and ask to have it filled there. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so rude, basically said she didn’t have time for the call and hung up the phone!! Do yourself a favor and AVOID this pharmacy. Worst patient care ever.

This USED to be a fantastic pharmacy. Pharmacists and techs were wonderful. They filled everything on time and it was guaranteed a quick trip in and out. Service was top notch. NOW, in the past 2 months it has completely fallen off the rails. Totally unorganized, rude and never have things filled in a timely manner. All of the former pharmacists and techs are gone. This went from 5 stars to zero in a hurry.

Service at this CVS was wonderful. I took a prescription in and only had to wait 20 minutes.At 2:30 pm I had gone to a CVS at Main and Hamilton. That CVS said they couldn't get the prescription ready until the next day.

I’ve consistently had horrible service from one of the head pharmacists here, Sarah P. Because of her rude, condescending manner to her unprofessional behavior, I’m choosing a different pharmacy for my needs. I reported her multiple times through customer service surveys and nothing was done to address the problem so I’ll handle it myself. CVS should be ashamed of the complete lack of customer service from this person. I’m not sure how she got all these 5 star reviews. It must be from patients in her demographic.

Generally speaking, I enjoy using this pharmacy. The best time to visit this pharmacy is when it first opens early in the AM. It is unpleasant to go in the late PM, as there are lines, and no organization vis-a-vis, whom to serve first. There are no directions where the lines form. Customers can be approaching the pharmacy from the right, from the left, or from an aisle. CVS could easily rectify this problem, by having customers pick out a number from a machine, and then their number would be called upon. Otherwise, there is disorganization, as well as the potential for confrontation among customers and staff. Whereas the two Sarahs (Pharmacists), who work there are very nice, as well as Jen (also a Pharmacist), I've encountered support staff in the past, who were not always that nice. Secondly, if there are lines forming, with a lot of customers, and there is only one clerk to service those customers, the pharmacist (i.e. Angelo), should leave his work station, on his own volition, and not be prompted by the clerk to do so.

Very good service the pharmacist Sarah is excellent. I have now moved my prescription pick up and any covid or flu shots to there as well. Very pleased indeed.

The pharmacist, Sarah who helped me was so amazing! She gave me a covid booster and then I had questions about a couple prescriptions costs. She took the time to check the price with my insuranceor if it was cheaper using Good RX. I had the best customer service and experience at this pharmacy! I highly recommend this location.
