CVS, a popular pharmacy chain, has received mixed reviews from its customers. The cashiers are often described as extremely courteous and confident, providing a pleasant in-store experience. Customers who have been frequenting the store for years express their satisfaction with the attentive and helpful staff. However, the business also faces some challenges. Customers report frequent issues with understaffing, making it difficult to get through on the phone or find certain medications in stock. While the staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, the limited resources can lead to frustration for some customers. Despite these challenges, the convenience of the late-night hours and the helpfulness of the pharmacy technicians have been appreciated by many customers. Overall, CVS strives to provide a positive experience, but improvements in staffing and inventory management could further enhance customer satisfaction.
We travelled around the city of Columbus to go to this CVS that had posted hours of being open until 10:00pm. They closed before their posted closing time and looked at us through the gate.

CVS pharmacy staff are disrespectful and pick which medicine they want to fill. The medicines they refuse to fill I get at Kroger pharmacy. There is like one person there that is nice and friendly. So the positive reviews are usually just based on that one person. Then again some of them pick who to show respect to.
