Whitehall dollar general on e broad is absolutely always unorganized. Store is always messy and stock is just laying around everywhere. One of the nastiest stores I have been in.

EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE!I visited your Dollar General location at 3866 E Broad St, Whitehall, OH 43213. And had the worse Customer service encounter with an employee by the name of Michelle. The encounter started and ended in screaming and shouting; over a simple question as to why she was not servicing the line in front of her. I patiently waiting for her to finish counting money and whatever else she felt was more important thanassisting customers. She simple said she didn't help me or anyone else waiting because I was on the phone. She NEVER indicated or requested the next person in line. She just ignored us all. Didn't ignore her, even though I was on the phone; it also was clear we all were ready to check out. Do better with your training practices on Customer service. Also the phone number at this location rings busy.

First time there .. wasn’t horrible, had what I needed .. could do with out the cashiers vape pen and singing along too the music being played .. just my opinion.. everything was on shelves ..

The Staff was very Friendly. They did a great job on taking care of their customers in line which the line happen to be long.Great Job Dollar General Staff.

According to sign store should've been open. It was not! There was no extra note or sign to give notice to customers.

This store and the management! They close at 9pm but they wanna shut down at 8:40!!!! I was just literally just n here been at the door since 8:50. Y r they closed. Bad business
