My experiences have generally been excellent. This past trip there were problems. I had reserved a car, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, I was given the choice of a Toyota 4Runner and a Kia Soul. I drove the Soul.Sadly, the Soul had a defect. There was a small plastic tab missing from the storage box under the center console arm rest. While changing my coat, I dropped the car keys in there so I would not get lost. Because of that missing plastic tab, the keys fell through a hole in the bottom of the storage box and into the console. They were unrecoverable. This problem was compounded because Enterprise gave me two keys, but they were bound together by a steel cable and could not be separated. I had to call for roadside assistance.

This location is by far one of the best Enterprise Companies. After having a horrible experiance at another location. This location intervened and made the situation right. The cleanliness of there inventory is by far one of the best I have experianced. And the customer service experiance is more than you would expect from any rental car company. This will be my permanent rental location from now on.

We needed a rental in a bad way. Our family car was stolen. We fussed with the Newark location all morning. They said they couldn't help. We called around and Whitehall location was great. They got us in and out within an hour...even on a Saturday when it was close to closing time. Thank you Whitehall Enterprise!

They cancel my reservation and then I had to wait over an hour for another car and the gentleman wanted to charge me a higher price, and after a few rounds of going back-and-forth, we settled on the amount that I originally had

Second time renting from this location, Whitehall on east broad Street. Once in February of 2023 and again in June 2023 and the manager Salem is by far most professional as well as the entire staff. I most definitely will come back and never go anywhere else. Always professional and courteous and always get a vehicle that we need and fits our trip. Bar none the best of the best with honors. We will be going back on our next trip. Can't say enough about their great customer service. Great job Salem and staff!!! You once again knocked it out of the park!!!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car service on East Broad Street were very unprofessional, the person that helped was a black lady named Kim, she was polite, respectful, and helpful.When I first went there, there was a man there, and I believe his name is Randy and he was rude and not helpful at all. He even had the nerve to put me in several cars that were not at the standard, and had no service done on to them.The last car rental I received, because the second one went out was a truck. The brakes were bad it wasn’t clean, and the gas tank wasn’t filled all the way up when he gave it to me. If you do visit this place make sure the car has been cleaned, gassed up, and serviced!

Unfortunately, this location was unable to provide me with a vehicle, despite sending me a confirmation of my reservation. When I got to the store to pick it up, the rep noted that they forgot to call me and let me know I couldn’t get a car from them. Wouldnt make any accommodations or show any sympathy.

I had a Rental car from this location and they tried to say they gaveme a full tank when they didn't, luckily I took a picture with date and time. They were going to keep my deposit of $50. After receiving my picture they said they would give me back the $50. I had to get a new bank card. And so I was told almost a month and a half ago the check was in the mail. I have called several times and I keep bearing Salem will call me back and still hasn't to this day!
