I did not become a customer of this bank by my own choice they purchase a mortgage I have. They are unable to service the loan. They love 15 years behind technology . There banking online will not service loan holders who don’t have a bank account and does not work with an iOS system. Customer service is rude and incompetent. Unfortunately I can’t leave them and I’m held hostage. If you have a choice run.

just nowNEWThis is directed at 5th 3rd in general, not really this specific location. I called the online “emergency number” that isn’t actually open 24 hours to recieve phone calls, to move money around since the online app isn’t working because of “routine maintenance”. I put my SS number in, and my ATM PIN perfectly, boom my debit card is locked! I’m so agitated from that I went to try to go try to log into my online account after calling the customer service number with no actual means to a solution, got ONE number wrong at the end of my password and BOOM my user ID is locked. So now I have absolutely NO ACCESS to MYYYY money until a bank opens. NOT OKAY, needs to be addressed immediately if not sooner. Probably time to switch to a different bank.

I appreciate Fifth third bank especially this location. They are very professional and definitely care about their customers. They have a perfect team great manager and supervisor. I recommend this bank and branch to everyone. Were you would get top-notch professional service. This is absolutely the best experience that I have heard when it comes to banking Fifth third bank is by far the best BANK I have ever had and I have had a few different bank company services. Thank you Fifth third bank for my personal account and businesses and I appreciate this branch and everything Fifth third bank offers.

This is the worst "bank" in the history of America. I've never in my life had so many problems with simply depositing a check into an account. How can they have a slogan of making your day a Fifth third better when fifth third isn't a proper fraction. That makes no sense.

I just had the pleasure of speaking with Chautauqua at the Whitehall Branch inside Kroger here in Columbus Ohio. She is absolutely AWESOME! My son just opened a checking account and has been having some real issues with a branch in the state up North. She is simply a genius! She provided several solutions to the problem. If you need assistance Chautauqua is definitely the way to go. Chautauqua is definitely an asset to Fifth Third Bank!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. By far the worst bank. In 2001, lost my wallet, went into bexley branch and advised them to cancel the card. They ordered a replacement and never cancelled the original. How is that even possible? Nonetheless, someone ran up over $300 in charges on my account before the replacement arrived. I went back into the branch and spoke to the exact same rep about the charges and inquired about why my card had not been cancelled. She said they would have to research and address it. Took over 10 days to resolve their error. In 2004, bought a house using 5th 3rd. Worst mistake ever. They consistently increased insurance coverage requirements. Forced insurance. Raised premiums. When i obtained insurance through my own agent, they contacted the agency to cancel the insurance and forced it again raising premiums. When i contacted them about it, they said coverage requirements changed and would not work with me to resolve or lower payments. Fast forward to this year, they sent someone out to the house for so called landscaping and added $2000 in landscaping fees for trimming my neighbors tree that is in their fence line and they threw the rotted limbs in my yard and left them there. All in all, they inflated my mortgage balance by an additional $8000 in 2 years by padding the fees. I contacted them regarding this and have yet to hear back from brian grant in the office of the president. I have contacted attorneys regarding this and other issues and have compiled various call recordings, photos, mail correspondence and emails for these unresolved issues.Snippet of emails:You assessed $2000 in landscaping fees for this? This is not landscaping. You inflated the payoff amount. This is among reasons for my complaint to State of Ohio, Attorney General's Office, BBB, and Federal Reserve Bank's complaint department.This is what i just sent them.Show quoted textPlease see additional attachments. I was charged $2000 for landscaping fees. Nothing was removed from the property. The rotten wood from my neighbors trees was placed in my yard and left there. The amount i owe on mortgage was increased by nearly $3000 total in miscellaneous fees in 30 days time.

Fifth third has froze my account several times for reason they consider suspicious activity when really it was me moving money around to Barrow when then got ruff. The froze my account on a Friday night In the process of renting a uahaul and just completely screwed up our hole plan of moving with delays and people leaving us cause we could get the truck to load so everyone went home as we were stuck doing it all alone
