Goodluck getting anyone to answer the phone. That or the put you on hold for 10min minimum. They'll tell you anything just to get you off the phone. I don't recommend this place unless you have no other option

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Every experience has been such a hassle w them. Long hold times just to get hung up on and drive through is never open every time. Ridiculous.
Filed complaint w store manager twice.
No difference.

I called the pharmacy and the phone just rang! No one is ever there, or ever answer your call!! This has got to STOP I NEED MY MEDICATION

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I live walking distance and I’m so close to switching it and just driving somewhere. No one ever answers the phone, if they do they say hold and then never answer it again. I had to wait at the window for 40 minutes another time and they had forgot I was even there waiting for my script they told me to wait for. Whoever does the hiring might really want to clean house, they are doing everything but their job, their is no way It’s just being busy and short staffed.

This pharmacy is so busy that it sometimes takes them 20-30 minutes to just answer the phone or they'll put me on hold and hang up when it's my turn. They treat ppl so awful at times depending on the person I'm talking to. I think they need more employees or less customers.

Employees arguing in plain sight of customers. I try calling and calling and calling to get status. The 1x my call was recieved, was told my script would be ready in an hour. I get there and then im told "Nope it will be a couple days" just an absolute mess. Unless you MUST use this pharmacy like me....Stay Away

I was under hospice care sometimes I would be on hold two or three hours just to have the phone call up on me they don't answer their phones they need more employees this is why I switched pharmacies from Kroger's I could not stay on hold for hours at a time just to be hung up on

I have recently moved and in the past had used other Kroger locations for pharmaceutical needs.
I went to this location to pick up my sister’s prescription. There is only one speaker to speak with the pharmacy staff, so I had to wait 10-15 minutes behind one person that got their prescription. Once that customer left, I was able to ask for what I needed. I was told the prescription wasn’t there. I stated multiple times that I had received a message stating to pick it up and knew that it should be there. The representative did not care, sighed, and said “it ain’t here”.
Following this exchange, I called to get more clarification on the matter. I was quickly put on hold and had to wait 24 minutes to hear from someone. When the female representative finally answered the phone, I was met with short responses and was put on hold again for another three minutes after hearing her greet someone at the location that she seemed way more interested in speaking to. When she returned, again, she told me she “didn’t see anything”. I asked her what I needed to do next and she said, “call the doctor” and abruptly hung up on me.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! If I could give them 0 stars I would! I never intend on spending another moment or dollar at this location.

I've been told 4 times in the past that there were "no refills" for my medicine when my nurse would state other wise. It happened again today so my nurse had me on a 3 way call with one of the staff members. She confronted them about messing up my meds and the "professional" response she got was "thanks for the lecture." And he hung up on her. RUDE,trashy,GHETTO, disrespectful staff. Get your meds elsewhere.

This is horrible. For 3 days no one has answered the phone. Call in prescriptions. No knowledge. Refills aren't all filled when picking up. This is so unprofessional. Especially when your trying to do follow up so as usual not a wasted trip. Time to change pharmacy ???

The staff is GREAT. I hate to have to change pharmacy. They always have meds ready. I love Kroger pharmacy. People are always nice and helpful
