Worst Kroger ever! How in the world does the store not have people working the Money Center at 5 p.m. on a Friday? Come back Saturday at 8 a.m. when they open up and guess what? Still no one to work the register. This is ridiculous. The community relies on these services. It's bad enough they refuse to clean the outside of the store or even attempt to hide the rat traps that line the building but the very least you should be helping the customers!This is a constant issue with this location. I have walked miles to use their services 2 days in a row now to be denied.

I was in this store on Sunday evening, June 30th.
I live in another area, but I happened to be here by accident and it was convenient for me to go to the store.
There were many customers, many with full carts. Only one worked (one!!!) box office. Not all self-checking terminals worked either, but it doesn't matter. If you have a full shopping cart, there is simply nowhere to unload them for self-checking.
This is a very slow store where they don't think about customers.

I come to this store everyday to grab a couple things or go to the pharmacy. I was harassed by a security guard who lied and said I threatened him first. He was at the entrance sitting down where you get the carts at greeting people. As I walked back from getting my medicine I was asked if I went to the liquor store. I told him I went to get my medication. Then he asked to check my bag or give him a receipt( which I have the right to do neither) waved him off and walked away. Then he processed to follow me out the store through the parking lot into the next parking lot almost to the family dollar . The whole time he was threatening to hit me calling me out my name and acting as if I was making him act this way I don't understand why. I'm a 44 year old man in recovery and I refuse to t

They aren’t a bike friendly store. The one bike rack that they have isn’t secure and is rusted out . Plus the placement of the rack is in a terrible location. There’s carts constantly blocking the bike rack to a point that only one back can be locked at a time on certain days!

Please don’t shop at this location I shop here on 3/1 and the next day someone stole money from account they duplicated my card number when I talked to someone else and the same thing happened to them but thier bank caught the fraud. When I spoke to the supervisor in customer service and asked to speak to the store manager to make them aware I was told I don’t have proof so oh well. There is a scam going on here but rest assured a police report has been submitted and cameras will be pulled.

Love the atmosphere, environment and the hospitality in the Whitehall area over the Cincinnati home base store but there's competition that should be recognized but I would recommend this particular location over others in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Dayton, KY, IL, and so forth.

I was shopping in this store yesterday evening (February 9th around 7:15PM - 7:35PM.) I really did not want to stop here before going home, but I remembered that I wanted a gallon of Almond Breeze original Almond milk. This is the closest store to me that has it. I also wanted a couple slices of carrot cake from the bakery section. I ended up grabbing a few extra things, and towards the end of my visit, I went to browse the bakery section. (I went by there twice. Once at the beginning of my visit and towards the end.) They had whole carrot cakes, but they were out of the slices. So I got indecisive, and couldn't decide which dessert I wanted. A black man who was the security guard on duty, came near me attempting to intimidate me out of the area. I was furious! I do not care how long I browse a section, or rather I pick up something and put it back 10 times. I was just having a tough time deciding... none of that is crime. I was not harming anyone. I do not steal, and I had no bags whatsoever. Only my wallet. For that rent-a-cop to be so aggressive towards me unprovoked was disturbing. I checked out from a lane, and as I was leaving he was harassing a man, and being extremely aggressive in front of incoming and outgoing customers. He coincidentally said, "Don't come back," right as I was leaving. Not sure if the man he was harassing was a thief or not, but he wasn't getting rowdy, and the security guard needs to be controlled.
