KYI ABSOLUTELY DESERVES SOME RECOGNITION FOR THIS ONE! We ran into some issue’s transferring my number so she had to call for assistance. The level in which she cared about getting my problem resolved today was astonishing! She genuinely cared about making sure my phone worked before leaving. Very thankful for her customer service!!!!

Disrespectful/ Terrible experience. The woman told a customer he bought a really cheap phone when he brought his back after not working out of no where just days after he bought it. Avoid if you can . Phones aren't working after a couple days and customer service is insulting. There's plenty more metros

The man was very rude to my mom. He started screaming at my mom because she was telling him we didn't want the insurance. He was very rude and disrespectful. I told him I didn't want the insurance because I was pretty good with my phone, but he kept on insisting we get the insurance no matter how many times we told him no. Thanks to us getting the insurance, my phone bill is now $6 more...bummer

Service was good but their return policy needs improvement. Bought these $50 headphones they didn't work properly tried to return it or exchange and they wouldn't let me 👎🾠lol I got finessed fr 💯
