I bought a chain & cross here cost me $550 for me to have to keep repairing it and i havent even had it a year keep having to pair $36 for repairs they sell weak jewelry for expensive prices very poor quality and customer service wont be buying from them anymore.

Fixed two different rings and both rings diamonds fell out in a month. I barely wear either ring and it’s no coincidence only ones fell out again is what he replaced. And trying to fully charge me again. And my ring looks cloudy after he fixed it. 23,000 ring.

Over the phone the customer service was OK so I proceeded to go into the store to solidify what I wanted to order. Once inside, the jeweler himself was very pushy and aggressive when I started asking questions in regards to the style of the type of nameplate I wanted. He seemed irritated by his tone and was rather pushy. I immediately questioned why he was being rude and rushing me, and he immediately thanked me for my business, and didn’t proceeded to help me. DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME OLD MOSES JEWELERS THAT WAS ON HIGH STREET. They lost a great potential customer due to horrible customer service. Thank you for your rudeness, I’ll spend my money elsewhere, happily.

Very poor quality jewelry. I brought 2 necklaces from here and they both broke within 6-9 months. The gentleman in the store tried to tell me that I broke it myself. The necklace in question was worn once a week and never slept in etc. The necklace literally fell off my neck in public as I was wearing it. How embarrassing. Do yourself a favor and buy your jewelry somewhere else. $675 wasted.

Do not waste your money buying gold teeth from them back in 06 I bought six 10k golds on the top from the downtown location only to find out 5 months later that they use so many alloys that it was only 6K in goldI go to the new location in Whitehall 2022 it seems like okay people so I decided to try them out again this time buying silver fronts they never called me to come pick my teeth up so I called them when I went there to pick them up the back was so far been down I had to spend days to bend the back so they fit correctly but they never did because they only go halfway up the back of my teeth I go in the guy seems like he's willing to work with me and tells me to come back tomorrow when the guy is in that does the mold imprints ok seems like far people when I go back he don't know me or what I'm talking about and tell me the back doesn't matter when it does I tried to explain to him how the back of the teeth always cuts my tongue and every time I cough or sneeze they fly out my mouth but he didn't want to hear none of it trust me don't waste your time with them
