On more than 2 occasions, I have been asked REPEATEDLY if I cashed/deposited check elsewhere before. I don't engage in fraud, so truthfully the answer is no. I go to any other Woodforest branch, and the check is deposited/cashed no problem. I don't know why this branch operates differently, and routinely treats me like a criminal when the vendor for all checks deposited into the account is the same, and there's a history of other branches repeatedly depositing/cashing check from said vendor with no issues. This time, I was told there was a 7 day hold, the paper notice said due to "emergency" which specified computer/communication technology is not working. But they told me INNACURATELY, it was because they couldn't see history of that vendor being deposited into my account. When it's literally the only party I deposit checks from. The vendor is a disability agency, I wonder if discrimination/non compliance with the American disabilities act is involved. I called customer service, and was told the check will post today, and there was never a 7 day hold on account. Two pieces of false information, verbal reasoning for why vs paper notification was contradictory. It's a small facility. More than two occasions of repeated question/accusation regarding having already deposited/cashed elsewhere (which I've never done) where other customers can hear it is rather dehumanizing. Especially this last time, branch manager or the tellers superior hollered it from her desk on the other side of the room, everyone turns heads and looks at me state I am not engaging in fraud. And again, it does not happen at any other location. Why does this branch treat me like a criminal every time?

.my local branch is not knowledgeable with zelle and online banking. The keep telling me to contact customer service when I step foot into the bank several times

Needed a new bank account and heiddy was the best at Whitehall in Columbus Ohio definitely a good bank and good people highly recommend

This branch is the most unprofessional I have ever been to.On Wednesday 3321 used the atm.Five tellers at counter and no one could wait on me too busy talking.

Terrible customer service, if you need to try to call the branch, You WILL NOT get them on the phone, absolutely horrific.Send an email and you might get a reply the next day, or days...The only thing that get's my review up to 2 stars is the fact that they're open every single day, and usually late too...Considering leaving though, darnit. 90% of the people behind the counter are super cool.

This branch has great tellers but management is horrible and it takes them too long to fix mistakes. One of the new tellers deposited money in the wrong account and refused to fix it, thank God I had the deposit receipt.
