A young lady named, Wren has been delivering my mail. The personal and professional care that I receive is exceptional . Trudging through un shoveled snow, Wren Carefully placed a package on my front porch. That is going above and beyond the call of duty and that typifies the employees at the Waterville Ohio post office! She called her trainer an she helped me out an Delivered it on Monday. By the time she got done it was past the time that the post office was suppose to close...I thank her for all her help an told her thank you for staying open till she was done helping me .She should be commended”

“Went to this PO to get postage for 120 booklets. Both ladies behind the counter, Michelle and Donna were pleasant and helpful. After purchasing the postage we began putting the postage on the booklets. At this time the PO was not very busy so Michelle came out to putting the postage on the booklets. I know the PO gets hammered a lot but on this day these two ladies were outstanding.”
