A young lady named, Wren has been delivering my mail. The personal and professional care that I receive is exceptional . Trudging through un shoveled snow, Wren Carefully placed a package on my front porch. That is going above and beyond the call of duty and that typifies the employees at the Waterville Ohio post office! A big thank you to all, for such professional and personal and courteous assistance.”

“Went here by appointment for passport. I had to keep moving to the side when someone else came in so he could help them. He said that you should do passports before 2pm because there are 2 people working the desk then. But he was very friendly and helpful.”
“Went to this PO to get postage for 120 booklets. Both ladies behind the counter, Michelle and Donna were pleasant and helpful. After purchasing the postage we began putting the postage on the booklets. At this time the PO was not very busy so Michelle came out to putting the postage on the booklets. I know the PO gets hammered a lot but on this day these two ladies were outstanding.”
