“The facility is new and clean. The isles are wide enough to get big items through easily. There are many ways to enter the building so it makes it easier to access your unit where ever it is.
Amy is great she makes sure everything is explained and gives you a tour to familiarize you with the facility.
A+ should add some signs like in a hotel to make it easier to find your locker if you forgot where it is. Even a few blue print type maps with locker numbers would help since this location is a maze.
Be prepared you will be forced to purchase insurance or provide proof of homeowners insurance if you store stuff here. This is the first time I had to show proof of insurance for renting a locker. If you can't provide proof of insurance you have to buy their insurance to even store a red solo cup in a locker.
The addition of a few extra flat bed carts would help also for when 2 or more renters show up at the same time. Also a Lowes type lumber cart would help for moving bed mattresses or big flat items.
The locker ceilings are about 2-3 ft lower than others I've had, but should be adequate enough.
The parking lot is tight if your bringing your stuff in a trailer longer than 10 ft, but it might get better when the building construction next door is done and the rest of the parking lot is opened back up.”

“I go there to purchase the propane never had a problem always a decent price and because I own my own tank I normally get $0.10 off more could call 7 days a week in an emergency situation but they would prefer a couple days notice several different plans to service your propane needs”

“I came home while my husband was overseas to stay with family and needed a place close to store all of our household goods. I contacted Cindy, who was VERY friendly, and offered to meet me the same day and show me the units. Paperwork was quick and painless and the movers moved our stuff into the unit. We had issues with some things being broken from the movers and they continued to mail all the paperwork to Lock-It-Up instead of my home. Cindy offered to forward all the mail and called every time something came in. VERY personable and VERY helpful. If ever I come home during a deployment or unaccompanied tour again I will definitely be using Lock-It-Up on Eber! She also owns the unit on Airport Highway across from the airport. Thanks for all your help Cindy!”

“It's a pretty good store looks like they need more space because there is so much squeezed in there, employees have always been friendly and courteous. They are really picky about the clothes they take which I suppose is a good thing for people buying the items but for the stuff they do buy from you, they seem to pay people a fair price. They have always seemed to do a good job letting me know how long it will take them to get done and they do call you when they are done with the items you bring in.”

“I used Two Men & A Truck two days ago. I was extremely pleased with their work. They worked very hard, never stopped, took great care of my furniture and artwork, and asked me if they had questions. They asked numerous times if there was anything else. My movers were Corey, Eddie, Adrian, and Israel. If I ever move again, which I hope I don't, I wouldn't hesitate to use this service and request these movers. Customer service, Tabitha, was easy to work with. “Had problems the first year with mice, so I had to sort thru all our stuff and move across the street to a bigger storage and when the new company took over it was the best service I had no bugs very clean and nice! Like everyone is saying in their reviews, they need to have a dumpster for people to use moving in or out of the unit, it's a hassle trying to find somewhere to dump stuff you don't want! And I hope people know it's called SPARE-BOX not square box!”
