“The store itself isn't very big but the women that run it try to keep the selections fresh and the prices are truly what you want and expect when you think of thrift shopping! Also ask about how the help the community and the rewards program!”
“My favorite store in Grand Rapids. The owner is the sweetest, kindest person I have encountered here. I've been in a few times just to browse. My last trip, I asked her for a reference for a jeweler. When she heard my issue, she offered to test my diamond for me. She did it for free. If you're looking for an antique store, stop in here. You won't regret it!!”

“This place is great. I love having somewhere to donate that isn't affiliated to a company I don't like or a religion. The money goes to helping animals and the people that help them and the prices are incredibly fair. Its a proper thrift store that hasn't been sorted for the good stuff to go online and they even have a small section for party supplies and crafts that I can let my kiddo grab from. I wish I could comment on other reviews just being bad customers and not customer service because I've only ever experienced (myself or witnessed) excellent customer service from the friendly staff.”
“Great for a goodwill, everything was organized. Came here for a suitcase for a flight and they had plenty of options and staff even tried helping me find a ruler.”

“this is a really nice goodwill! you’ll find lots of fun things and name brands here. it’s pretty organized and clean as well. the only down side is that i don’t get any phone reception so i can’t facetime anyone and ask for outfit advice lol”
