The workers are very nice but I’m not sure how they stay in business with their overly priced and lacking selection of Christmas trees.

This was first time at the tree farm. Our family loved it. The personal service is above anything we have experienced before!!

Always a great time. Such a popular place your best choices are in the poor cut area this year. Moved the hot dogs and hot chocolate to a tent by the pie cuts so if you're looking it's there. Hope over the next couple years all the saplings planted grow well. We'll always return... it's a family tradition

Great place! Plenty of employees to cut your tree & take it to the front. They machine shake it, wrap it and put it in/on your vehicle. Lots of trees to choose one. There was a horse drawn wagon for rides. There was a big fire and hot chocolate to warm you up. Santa is there for picture taking and you can even buy hot dogs for lunch when you are done. I am 68 years old and was set for a much harder experience. I definitely recommend!

First time here and it’s a hidden gem. Very friendly workers and it was a smooth process. They help cut down, shake off, net it, and secure to your car, if needed. On the more expensive side, but worth it!

This was catastrophic. I took my poor dear elderly grandmama along with me in the maze that was provided and she slipped so awfully on the mud. She broke her femur, she is now on bed rest until further notice. Not mad, just let down. ? m.

We love wheeler farms!! We have gone there two years now and every time we go everyone is so very kind and happy. They are very knowledgeable and we have learned something new about trees each time. This year we had a problem with a fresh cut tree not taking up water and the staff were very attentive to the matter! We were told to come and get a new tree and they took care of us very very well! Thank you all so much! We will always come back! Even with living 40 minutes away its worth the drive. I will always recommend wheeler farms for trees and excellent customer service!

A special thank you to Duke Wheeler for honoring our Vietnam vets. They were looked upon with disgrace upon returning from the "conflict". It is nice to know that someone appreciates their sacrifices. A proud family member of a vet

We always get two trees, about 10 feet tall. We know this is a tall order (yes, I meant to do that) so we know we are going to have to work to find them each year.We messaged white house to ask about their taller trees and they said they can go fast. So we drove 90 minutes early on Black Friday and got there within 2 hours of them opening for the morning. We thought we had found the perfect trees right away. 2 beautiful Douglas Firs, a little more than 10 feet tall.Except, one of them was a double trunk basically from the ground, and the other one had a SECOND TREE (about 4 feet tall) INSIDE of it. Like, part of the branches you could see on the outside were actually the small sidekick tree. If we would have cut the big one down, there would have been a HUGE tree-sized dead spot.So we walked. For hours.Literally EVERY SINGLE FULL TALL TREE was either a double trunk (with the split occurring very low), or it had a sidekick tree, or it was a spruce that they weren't selling. They had a LOT of Blue and Norway spruces, many of them looked healthy and strong, but they wouldn't sell them. There were several tall and thin Frasier Firs, but they had some sort of a blight on them, with patches of dead branches and needles all over the tree. The workers kept suggesting we look at the pre-cut trees, but you pay extra for those. A tree that would have cost $160 in the field was more than $200 precut. And we didn't drive 90 minutes to buy a precut tree, we could have gotten that at Lowe's for much less.I know things are going to happen with plants, and they may not have been able to do anything about the blighted firs, but the sidekick trees and low splits are things you can manage. They should be cutting off the splits and removing trees that try to establish within the dripline of another tree.Missing one here or there is one thing, but we literally saw more than 40 tall trees that fell into one of those categories. If you want an expensive precut tree, or a 5-6 foot tree from their field, you would probably be ok (as long as you get there early), but our experience was a huge disappointment.Everyone was nice, and they have a beautiful farm, but we saw a lot of wasted trees from bad growth management and we left empty-handed and disappointed.

Nice farm, friendly people. Trees start at $12 per foot though, so they are quite expensive!

I was in need of a christmas tree for my house. The nearest place was Whitehouse Christmas tree farm. I pull into the rather bumpy parking lot and ask one of the workers where I can find the precut fraiser furs. They point me to a section and say to drive through there. I proceed to drive through the road, until my car approaches a sign that says "precut christmas trees". A man was standing there helping another family. He approaches my car as my accomplice gets out. In a very rude tone he says "You can't have a car back here." But the worker said that I could? So I simply say in a polite tone, "The guy told me to go through here." Abruptly, his reply was "No he didn't. Leave." Shocked by his approach, I leave immediatel. Never buying a Christmas tree from there again.

Will be buying a fake tree next year this is what is left after removing the ornaments and lights on Christmas Day. About made me go Clark Griswald on this.Purchased tree the day after thanksgiving and I actually made a another fresh cut just before putting it in the stand. I’ve bought a tree from here the past 6 years. This is the only one I’ve ever had a problem with. But, after this experience I will definitely buy a pre lit.Changed it from 3 stars to 4. After all the good years I’ve had here with trees that practically lasted till spring I can’t fully base my review one one immensely bad experience.

I almost never leave bad reviews, but I’m really disappointed this year. My family has been coming here for twenty years. We have all purchased their special Christmas tree stand (which was not cheap). When we came this year, we learned that they no longer will drill a hole in the tree stump to accommodate the stands that they sold. They are the only Christmas tree farm that drilled the hole, rendering the 4 $50 stands we bought useless. They also charge for hot chocolate and hot dogs now, which used to be complementary. Without those nice touches, the expensive of their trees is just not worth it. On top of that, 75% of their trees are half dead. Although this has been one of our favorite traditions each year, we will not be returning.

Always the best experience. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years with my family and it’s always awesome. The Wheeler family is the best family.

Awesome experience! Such a neat set up they have and make it a memorable day for the family.
