My husband and I visited the Wickliffe location for the first time needing information regarding Samsung phones. The sales associate Riya welcomed us and went above and beyond to assist us! We weren't sure we were going to purchase new phones and after Riya showed us the products and explained the phones features we did! It was the most pleasant and enjoyable experience I have had at any Cricket location!! Thank you Riya!

Went to this store without a plan to upgrade my phone. Ended up leaving with a new phone and a smile thanks to Suman. Great costumer service, very informative and patient with my questions. He gave me so many options and how each device worked. Suman I hope every costumer that comes to you leaves as satisfied and happy like me and my boyfriend did. Highly recommended.

So,
I initially brought my phone from Walmart however it said on the box Cricket Wireless
was not able to go home and set up the phone as they told me at Walmart
so I said I'm going to find a Cricket Wireless store driving home
found on Euclid
Suman,
who is the manager
spoke with my goddaughter who I bought the phone
He graciously allowed us to come in the store close to closing
took the time to educate us on our purchase and why it was not working
and it made sense so we ended up getting a plan
got a lot of knowledge and understanding about the network itself
and I'm thinking of switching myself from Verizon to the Cricket wireless network
in the meantime he took very good care of my goddaughter
we got on a great plan and the phone is now working and I wish I had bought it from him versus Walmart
however I will be sending referrals along with myself and my husband considering transferring to this network
he is very thorough and totally appreciated thank you for everything that you did for us
and the one-on-one personal service and the caring is really what I loved!!
