After she received the flowers, she called me crying (happy tears!) and said they were magnificent, sharing that no one had ever sent flowers to her at work before. “I wanted a local florist that was close to a relative's home. I live in a different state and simply explained what I wanted. Charles did an amazing job, delivered the arrangement and sent me a picture of the arrangement which I've included in this review. Payment was a simple transaction through Venmo. There is no comparison between his arrangement and what I've ordered through the online sites in the past. He did not charge me for delivery since it was local. The arrangement itself cost more than you'd pay at an online site, but those sites add fees and delivery so it really didn't cost that much more. I would NEVER get that quality, variety, fresh and artistic arrangement from an online site. I wish I could give him more than a 5 star rating!”

She said that one of the flowers in that arrangement was out of season and suggested a different one as a replacement.And asked if it was okay to replace it with another one.
