A valid ID can’t be on your phone but medical card can. They told me I need to print paper or have physical ID. Waste of my time couldn’t print there or something? They expect me to drive home and drive back. Should place signs letting people know

Just a few weeks ago my daughter and I had pick up an certain product that was produced by Riviera creek it was there stambaugh GC witch was amazing by the way very very happy with well we found one single seed witch made me very excited so now I definitely have to grow it started it 4 days ago and already popping it's little top out of the dirt oh I you guys are great keep up the great service you provide for the community

Being new to shopping like this was very exciting, until the second time I ever shopped at the Botanist. The whole shopping experience for the product was great until check out. I go to pay area and there are 6 employees behind the counter standing there talking and one says "your bag is on its way". I sit down when I witness my bag come through the window. The employee picks up my bag holds it up at eye level and dumps my products on the counter like a sack of shit. Then that employee starts to label and discuss with other employee each product and examine them, then the employee takes my last product, which was in a bag not jar, and squeeze it several times to show the other employee the quality of product. When employee is done labeling and discussing each product for several minutes longer than it should have taken im called up. I went to examine just like I did the first time I went to The Botanist and was able the hold and look them. The employee pulled it out of my hand and would not let me hold to examine. I Paid with cash my first time, card this time and was never informed about the fee until after transaction was completed and i asked. Very unprofessional experience for all the money that customers pay. Will NEVER shop here again.

Literally every person we interacted with from the crew at the door, to Kimberly in the purchase area to the team at checkout, was amazing and fun to interact with. We felt welcome and relaxed, and look forward to our next trip back.
