Would be 5 stars but security decided to flex their control with parking situation. Made me move my car 5 feet to a spot that had somebody double parked, whatever, valid. Then they hit me with “we could just refuse you service” for voicing frustration. For a place that works with a clientele that is often in pain, you would hope for more patience. Inside staff very knowledgeable. Smooth process otherwise.

I like it here but I quit going bc what I purchased in Michigan for $350 would cost $2500 in Ohio. It’s not the botanist fault. It’s a nice location but Ohio prices are stupid.

The prices are a Complete ripoff. Budtenders do not hustle and know very little about products and cultivation . Should be shutdown for the prices they charge. Never any free products for loyalty. Hopefully they step their game up. Also the flower is terrible. Must use a lot of pesticides: (

About as unprofessional as it gets unfortunately. I was there a couple weeks ago and i didnt read the fine print an the deal i thought they had they didnt. ok fine so the girl sitting behind the desk up by the registers asks me 3 times to let her help me find something else and 3 times i said its ok im just going to look on my phone i shouldnt b long. Well she couldnt get a hint that i would just check the website out myself so a 4th time she asks so i said "its fine im just going to look at my phone for the 4th time please" were my words but common stop pushing the issue really 4 times ur gonna need told no i can do my own research. So i ended up just leaving and we didnt have any more cross words. Well i go back 2 weeks later shes there again behind the computer sitting down and theres another girl working the register there 2. As soon as the girl sees me who is sitting beind the computer she goes "OH YOUR BACK " she said about as sarcastic as you could get. I didnt even respond i acted like i didnt hear her. so theres a guy getting rung out soon as he leaves these same 2 women start trashing this customer and saying "wow he couldnt of came any later" he probably came so late because it took him all day to find someone to loan him money" an they said something about how he was dressed and i just stood there like wow what a classy group of people and i no they didnt no him because the one girl asked what his name was and the girl at the register could only remember his first name from their interaction. Pure class(not) so just wanted to let ppl no this was my experience unfortunately
