The men who installed our tents were not only on-time, but were kind, efficient, and wonderfully professional.
The take-down day was a repeat of the set-up day.

“I rented a toy hauler this past weekend to haul a derby car. The interaction was nice, professional, and smooth. The owner / guy at the front was wholesome, and I appreciate everything he did to make this memorable. He even checked out the truck I came in, complimenting it! Tell them what I need and then I have my workers go and pick up the equipment and drop it off. They really make the process easy. They’re all very nice and accommodating, especially David. “I was surprised and happy I could pick up a truck on a Sunday morning for a few hours to move some furniture. I was not very happy with the app when it came to turning the truck in, but that may just be a phone issue of my own. I'll use them again because the truck handled well and aside from the turn in troubles, I had a great experience.”

Access is very secure, yet easy and accessible for clients. The staff is very communicative and friendly. Stephen and Jenna are both awesome and the prices are quite reasonable. “Today in May 20/2025, we went to pickup the U-Haul truck at station Rd, Mentor, that we already reserved and there was an issue but the person was there was so helpful and immediately fixed it without waiting! And truck was clean and in a perfect shape. I recommend this place for truck rental and for sure I will return when I need for moving!
