“I have consistently provided a positive, 5 star review for Sharpnack for many years. I have been a customer for over 25 years. Never have I been disappointed in any area, Sales, Financing, or Service. I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle - new or used. When I visit the dealership, I find everyone to be friendly and helpful. Although I work with the Sales Manager, Tim Howell and a Salesperson, George Salazar, other sales staff always say hello and engage in conversation. In the Service Department, I often work with Matt Cleland or Steve Cebull, but the Service Manager, Rick Beatty, always makes sure I am satisfied with the performed service. For many years, I worked with Brian Culp in finance and occasionally, Matt DeWeese. Since Brian has retired, Matt has been doing a great job! If I could give more stars to the Sharpnack dealership, I would!”

“I would like to amend my review of this dealership. I had an unpleasant expierance a couple years ago and Rick the service manager immediately responded. This man not only rectified the problem but went above and beyond. It took almost two years for me to return and use the credit he willingly gave immediately along with his sincere apologies. When my husband went to the dealership to get the brake pads he also was going to get a part to fix an issue we have had for many years. A rattling notice that we have spent almost $2,000 in unneaded repairs to fix and was still there. My car has been serviced at the dealerships several times with no remedy which is why my husband was doing it himself this time. When he explained to Rick what the noise was Rick immediately recommended a part that not only was cheaper but was the true fix. My car is back to being quiet and fixed finally. Rick your kindness, knowledge, and heart that was willing to help is a blessing from God. Thank you so much for all your help have done you will truly never know how much this means to us.
