“Great local gym where you can get personal help and the owner is an extraordinary awesome person. He and his staff care deeply for their community and the members of their gym. They give help and encouragement to their patrons that you just can't get at other gyms.”

So much so, I've since had a little tour around the gym with Cathy, who was lovely to meet and deal with. I've since joined and am looking forward to getting my workouts in after my workday is done. 👍”
