“Definitely a good place to store your valuables. Very secure private atmosphere. The employed staff are very helpful and responsive as possible also incredibly reasonable and people friendly. I have been a tenant for years and have never had critters in my unit. No mice no bugs etc. Plenty of cameras and reasonable lock up time. I always recommend.”

“I also work in Property Management, so I don’t typically have the availability to call or stop into the office. I was double charged for my monthly payment earlier this week, and planned to give them a call on my lunch break today. Linda actually beat me to it and left me a voicemail this morning about the double charge. Once I was able to call her back, she informed me that her District Manager reached out to her about the issue, and they could either refund my card directly or credit my account for the following month. I also had to stop into the office today for an unrelated matter, and Linda knew exactly what I was there for as soon as I told her my name. Shoutout to the DM for either catching the double charge, or reading the web request I submitted through the email receipt and communicating it to on-site staff so quickly. Big shoutout to Linda for her kindness and customer service!”
